Temperature Monitors report widespread Global Cooling

Twelve-month long drop in world temperatures wipes out a century of warming

Over the past year, anecdotal evidence for a cooling planet has exploded. China has its coldest winter in 100 years. Baghdad sees its first snow in all recorded history. North America has the most snowcover in 50 years, with places like Wisconsin the highest since record-keeping began. Record levels of Antarctic sea ice, record cold in Minnesota, Texas, Florida, Mexico, Australia, Iran, Greece, South Africa, Greenland, Argentina, Chile -- the list goes on and on.

No more than anecdotal evidence, to be sure. But now, that evidence has been supplanted by hard scientific fact. All four major global temperature tracking outlets (Hadley, NASA's GISS, UAH, RSS) have released updated data. All show that over the past year, global temperatures have dropped precipitously.

A compiled list of all the sources can be seen here. The total amount of cooling ranges from 0.65C up to 0.75C -- a value large enough to wipe out most of the warming recorded over the past 100 years. All in one year's time. For all four sources, it's the single fastest temperature change ever recorded, either up or down.

Scientists quoted in a past DailyTech article link the cooling to reduced solar activity which they claim is a much larger driver of climate change than man-made greenhouse gases. The dramatic cooling seen in just 12 months time seems to bear that out. While the data doesn't itself disprove that carbon dioxide is acting to warm the planet, it does demonstrate clearly that more powerful factors are now cooling it.

The Space and Science Research Center (SSRC), the leading independent research organization in the United States on the subject of the next climate change, issues today the following warning of imminent crop damage expected to produce food and ethanol shortages for the US and Canada:

Over the next 30 months, global temperatures are expected to make another dramatic drop even greater than that seen during the 2007-2008 period.

Was this drop the inspiration for the famous "hide the decline"?

  1. There's nothing more gratifying and acridly funny than watching the machinations of evil bastards fail before your very eyes. All the planning, finances, bribes, threats, political manipulations and positioning. All the media propagandising and social modification braying 24/7, exercised for nought. As our ever provident mother displays her will and lays bare the conniving and transparent lies of our ever-plotting enemies.

Oh to be the fly on the wall at the cryptic meetings of the soul-less as they rage and despair at the threat to their precious Carbon Tax scheme. The think-tanks and psy-ops teams must be clocking in massive overtime trying to feverishly spin the realities of climate to their favour. Got to get that agit-prop out to what's left of the dwindling gullible, got to ensconce the flavour of steaming excrement with sugary goodness. Got to contract Bono to deliver a new, bang-on, greeny anthem and tour to popularise the new campaign. Hearts and minds must be secured from the youth to cultivate the next generation of the indoctrinated and servile.

Time is not our friend but works to the favour of the conspirators. This "Great Work" has been a long conspired work-in-progress, with many field experiments in order to refine the methods of enslavement and domination. A covert, undeclared war with an outcome written to end through the destinies of those who stand and scream enough.

Nature moves on, indifferent to the petty and rather selfish machinations of humanity, for it is us who must adapt and not the other way round. Right now her reminders are subtle, however they are building in frequency and threat. The survival of animal life (us included) is entirely at the whim of our long-suffering host. Those not wise to the ever-changing rhythm and flow of these changes will find themselves in spots most dire. It is up to us, and within ourselves to rise to the challenge and build communities that protect and assist one another in all modes of survival. This is the lesson we are failing to learn and compelled to repeat until learned. The avaricious sociopaths who assume to be our masters have secured this for themselves, and have engineered means most foul and cunning to keep this a secret from us. Meanwhile the war continues on, as they attempt to run out the clock whilst employing every means at their disposal to achieve their goals.

  2. Man Hei Hu Quan - I couldn't have said it better myself... nice job!

As a reader and semi-disciple of Immanuel Velikovsky, it is my belief that we will soon be witnesses to some sort of celestial happening. Does that spell doom for humans and all other living creatures in this particular realm of existence? Mmmmaybe. But maybe not as well.

But I 100% agree with HHQ - there exists a very small, very powerful group that is duping the vast majority of humanity right before our eyes. What can we do about it?
Exactly what we are doing here, now. Knowledge is power. We have no idea what is in store for us. But the true nature of reality is the main reason behind their motivation. Reality doesn't have to be as difficult as it is being portrayed to us. WE are more powerful that we can ever imagine, and that is what it takes. I am just as hopeful that we will persevere through this ordeal... and I am thankful to be here to witness it.

  3. Oh, and I forgot to mention this... the Sun is completely cooling off, I believe - the sunspot activity has dropped off completely ( which I guess signifies heat generation. ) And, what I say about the cooling earth... what happens when you put Ice cubes in a glass of water? It cools it, makes a cold drink. Think about all the extra ice cubes the Planet has dumped into her seas over the past 10 years... that is one explanation that gets glossed over by those who wish to explain away the changing temperatures. Food for thought.

  4. Hei Hu Quan!

    And Blake!
Haven't seen you about in ages.....
Glad to know you still pop in on occasion.

I'll tell you both, I used to believe in the man made global warming theory, but, I heard first an interview with one of the, I think, best information writers on the net Andrew Gavin Marshall.
That got me thinking and thinking and thinking.
Anything that get's me thinking, get's me digging.
Slowly I moved out of the believers camp and into the questioners camp.
I noticed the Al Gore Camp, never mentioned any other possibilites for climate change.
    Like for example the sun.
    Or Ocean Currents.
It was always bad people, polluting people and people must pay.
The whole thing began to look fraudeulent.

And then something else I had alluded to in my earlier post on Darwin.

    The politicization of science.
Science advanced for a specifc agenda.
I am not saying Darwin is wrong, I am saying he may not have been entirely correct, therefore why were other theories shut down?
And it seemed Darwin's ascendency had something to do with the political use his theory could be put to.
    Social Darwinism.
Which is used to keep the elites elevated and the masses down.

And Global warming 'science' seems to follow the same pattern.
The science was built around a preconceived outcome-global warming, man made of course, which made the science look much more like spin, then well, science.

I have a real problem with spin, which is the equivalent to a sleight of hand.
    It can't be trusted
