Greetings visitor from Fukushima Japan

To the reader/visitor from Fukushima, Japan.
I can see by my hit counter you have visited this blog 9 times.
I wonder who you are? And how you are coping?

I cannot imagine the difficult situation that the Japanese people are faced with at this time.
My heart goes out to them all.

If you had anything you could share or wanted to share, please feel free to do so.
You are more then welcome to leave a comment, or several if you wish.
It would help myself and readers to fully appreciate the situation on the ground.

  2. Hello goOgle:

I thought all those things too.
    City evacuated. Power out.
But over this week I have had this visitor come nine times.

I don't know if the workers in the power plant have internet access, but, I would think that they must.

To access information, stay in contact with other persons, request materials, troubleshoot, contact with other engineers and nuclear specialists etc.,

So it would seem to me that maintaining connections to the internet would be a must in that situation.

We know there are people working in the vicinity, we know there are generators being used to do the work there.

I mean they are trying to bring these reactors back on line, so they must have access to power...

  3. Also Penny:

There are a couple of cities called "fukushima", FYI. Transalted into English, I mean . . . maybe you can tell the difference in Japanese, but in English it's the same.

Could be from a farther away Fukushima.

  4. Thanks for letting me know that Slozo. As I had no idea and
I was pretty stunned to see the visits.

It still would have been great to have some commentary though...

    Oh well.
