Libya: Tripoli did not fall, Gadaffi's son alive & Rebels want UK Libyan Jews in office ?

The news or what passes for it has forced me into blogging whilst short on time.

Yesterday's news in the West, had headlines touting a win in Libya.

Yes, it was all sewn up!
Gadaffi was no where to be seen. His son's were captured or killed. Tripoli falls. Etc., etc., etc.,

Take your pick from the lies and what appears to be a concerted media campaign to mislead.
Propaganda. Perception Management. Whatever.
Here is some interesting news reports today, the media is backpedalling and trying to make excuses for the lies of yesterday.

Gadaffi's son, whom the rebels "claimed" was captured, looks quite free in the video.

Saif al-Islam- "My father is safe and in Tripoli… They (rebels) said they control Libya, they can't. Tripoli is under our control," he told reporters.

In this article there is an audio clip from a spokesperson from the International Criminal Court indicating there had been NO official confirmation of the arrest of Gadaffi's son

Give the audio a listen

UPDATE and apologies- the audio has been removed from the BBC page.
Here are two news stories that confirm the audio.

ICC never had arrest of Gaddafi's son Saif confirmed

War crimes court had no confirmation of Seif al-Islam’s arrest

If I can find another copy of the audio I will repost it. If anyone else can find it let me know?

I am not surpised the BBC would remove it. Since the ICC's lack of confirmation makes a lie of the NATO claims made yesterday.

And ooops, Tripoli hasn't fallen

The BBC is reporting that the "Fog of War" caused the mistakes in the news out of Libya

It is hard to see through the fog of warfare?

Really? Because the Brits are not in full contact with the "rebels"
And the media isn't there spying and reporting back to their masters?
Come on!
Yesterday was a propaganda ruse, clearly.
Rather then a reality, they created the unreality the situation.
Inadvertently the main stream media lay bare the fabricated world we live in daily.

Also- Rebels asks leaders of UK's Libyan Jews to run for office
Libyan Jews of the UK? Really?
Why?
As a reward for Israel's help in stirring up the trouble in Libya?
Thanks for the mercenaries?
What?

"Raphael Luzon, the head of Jews of Libya UK, told The Jerusalem Post on Monday that opposition leader Mustafa Abdul Jalil recently invited him to return to his country of birth and participate in the political discourse."

He hasn't lived there since 1967. Are there not enough Libyans residing within the nation of Libya that can participate in a government there? Of course their is!

"If he were to return to Libya, Luzon said the reconstruction of the war-torn country and the restitution of Jewish assets which were confiscated by the Libyan regime to their rightful owners would top his political agenda.

“As you know we left there 82 synagogues, land and property and I would like to take care of this because it belongs to the Jewish community of Libya,” he said."

I wonder about this? Is he going to take care of the land, property and mosques confiscated by the Israeli government also. Return all that to the Palestinian community?

  1. No surprise that the tribe is in there somewhere!

Oh and no, they won't return the mosques, homes or other property to the Palestinians any more than this Luzon dude will help the Libyan people - he will make sure that the ruling class (his) gets theirs though... to the deteriment of all REAL Libyans!

Sickening the Chutzpah of these folks.

  2. Hey Buffy!

"Oh and no, they won't return the mosques, homes or other property to the Palestinians any more than this Luzon dude will help the Libyan people"

I know, it was rhetorical really, but, I had to ask to point out the obvious hypocrisy.

    Yes, the chutzpah is sickening.
Just wait till these moronic rebels get the NATO knife in their back.

    Idiots

  4. Hi Penny. I made the mistake yesterday of watching one of the mainstream channel’s news coverage yesterday. Both my wife and I were sickened by the open glee show by the ‘embedded’ journo with the NATO mercenaries. She was crowing in her coverage of unverifiable scenes.

The lies are so blatant that even my boss commented on it today and he is by no means a truther. I see Franklin Lamb was shot in the leg by a sniper and Mahdi Nazemroaya has been quiet tonight. This is certainly a time of greatest danger for the Libyan people since this foreign invasion began.

I am not losing hope for them and as we can see from RT and other sources that the triumphant announcements of Gaddafi’s downfall were premature – yet again.

  5. Hey Aangirfan!
    shall check that out

  6. chuckyman!

It is soooo easy to be sickened by mainstream media coverage of pretty much anything these days.

I also heard Franklin Lamb had been shot, no doubt by NATO backed goons, they must have been targeting any independent resources in Libya.

Did you see this video from Mahdi Nazemroaya

    http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article28915.htm

about 10 minutes long, it was posted on Information Clearinghouse this morning.

I have concerns for this young man when he comes back to Canada.

We have an evil government here.

"I am not losing hope for them and as we can see from RT and other sources that the triumphant announcements of Gaddafi’s downfall were premature – yet again."

The consent given to the mass murdering NATO troops runs out in September. This would be the impetus behind the push on Tripoli, but, all the civilians they will kill.
    Humanitarian warfare? I feel ill.
I saw an article over at the Guardian-

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/aug/23/libya-nato-onslaught-gaddafi-forces

Nato to resume bombing campaign after 'tactical pause' as it emerges that rebels are being advised by SAS soldiers

British and Nato military commanders are planning what they hope will be a final onslaught on Colonel Gaddafi's forces to put an end to all resistance from troops loyal to the Libyan leader.

    Onslaught that just means slaughter.

Anyway, you can read the rest of the spin about how NATO is considering so carefully the lives of the civilians including the rebels in Tripoli,

    utter bullshit

  7. I certainly did see that one Penny. The Rense site has been good at keeping up with Mahdi’s postings. Nothing much from him for a while today unfortunately.

I am well aware that the Crown’s cut-throats would be involved in leading the mercs. This kind of mayhem is right up their alley. Civil wars are their speciality and are made to order.

I have noticed that the main presstitutes have studiously ignored the landing of men and arms by NATO naval forces in a classic amphibian tactic against an impassable land force. The pushing through Libyan Army lines is complete crap – as is everything else that comes out of their mouths.

  8. Not sure if you have seen this one Penny. That would certainly explain the recent events. If the PR spin starts to unwind too quickly we may see a land invasion very shortly. That gets around the deadline for the UN resolution running out.

All with the blessings of their Rothschild masters.

One day, OBOMBA and NATO are gloating over Tripoli and Gaddafi's son being in their custody, the next day, both are cooking up new lies.

Read a story that said NATO had snipers in Tripoli that were targeting independent journalists, just like they did in Iraq.

Can't be letting actual truth get out.

From what I've read about the Libya 'freedom fighters,' they're nothing more than a mob of thieves, rapists and looters, the kind that the USA, England and Israel can easily control.

  10. Hey Penny,...A rule of thumb for all, watch for the switch between high quality video grabs and the blotchy pixelated scenes that they ALWAYS run the most controversial claims and narrative over the top of! The tell is when they say that the blotchy vid was recorded by "pro-freedom protesters"/rebels on cellphones. There is NO cell coverage over Libya - nato/mossad has jammed all broadcast transmissions and telecommunications, period. To get a copy of someones cellphone vid they would have to do it in person, why not shoot it themselves if they have the proximity? Otherwise. it's not Gnus it's unsubstantiated archive. No matter how you look at it, the media coverage is a dumb lie and this will bite them on the arse as the sheeple turn their thick heads in unison at the ludicrous nonsense being espoused.

    Coooeeee "viva la revelation!"

    veritas

  11. Hey Chuckyman!

thanks for the link, I shall check it out.

I notice today their is a noticeable absence of news stories emanating from Libya.

It seems the "journalists" were holed up in their luxury hotel due to some fighting, but, they have been able to get out for a while now and still nothing.

Which makes me wonder, do they have to regroup to organize their propaganda campaign?

  12. Hey Greg:

Isn't that amazing? Lies one day and more lies the next?

Yeah I read reports about independent journalists getting sniped by NATO, imagine my non-surprise.

Since the rest are all Embedded (in bed with) their f*ck#d anyway.

scuse my bad language there but, media whores, what else could one expect?

  13. Hmm.
Problem is, all the headlines showed what was obviously the city of Tripoli taken over by a dozen people labeled as rebel forces. It was dark, they were dark, they looked muslim and shit and they were cheering and something. They were in a place where there was an unglamorous mud wall surrounding a small enclosure/square, looked no bigger than a small north american city block. What twisted, backward people they must be to have that as their main public square in their biggest city. Holding puny, outdated guns no less, not even one piece of heavier artillery - brave, crazy fuckers, those darkies.

Too bad we can't corroborate shit.

Yes - that is indeed what the west sees. Utter shite trod out for the masses to consume, and most do exactly that: consume shite.

Pen, thank goodness for you . . . you are the exact opposite of shite.

You are golden, baby. Keep it up!

Sorry slozo you've got that wrong, as you can clearly see in this excellent BBC news programme Tripoli's Green Sq is a lush green park....and full of Indians!

How low can the BBC go?

  15. I was just going to post the video the BBC ran showing 'Green Square - Live from Tripoli' filled with Indians waving Indian flags but I see Freethinker beat me to the punch. Here's a clip from CNN where they have placed Tripoli on a map of Syria.
    http://www.uruknet.info/pic.php?f=tripoliae2t5l.jpg

I'm guessing in their minds, having wrapped this one up, they are already onto to the next war.

And then there are the vultures, lining up for the spoils.

Like all of you here, I feel sick about this. Thanks Penny, for being a sane voice.

  16. Hey Slozo!

    Golden! Golden?!

thanks, it is good to know the time I put in here is appreciated by others :)

YOu are right when you mention we can't corroborate anything.

We don't know if any of the pictures/video REALLY originates where we are told it does.

Most people just make alot of assumptions.

  17. freethinker; How low can the bbc go?

Is this not the same media outlet that labelled a rally of supporters for Ahmadinejad as a rally of opposition protestors?

Going on recall, but, I think so

  18. Hey McJ!
thanks for stopping by, and yah love that image..tripoli in Syria

but then to the dumbed down masses what does it matter?

also checked out the story about Germany fits right in line with my newest post.

    sickening indeed.

I wonder will NATO ever tell the world how many they slaughtered?

"Thanks Penny, for being a sane voice."

Your welcome and thank-you for being one too.

It is reassuring for me to know, as I am sure it is for you and others who come here that there are reasonable and sane humans all over the place :)
