NATO/PATO: World Army/Global Tyranny

Wake up people!
I usually call this organization, attempting to bring on global tyranny : NATO World Army
Two reports that demonstrate NATO's evil plot against humankind: NATO, the military organization is conspiring to grow it's influence. Everywhere.
Excerpts from Pacific NATO?

"With yesterday’s re-election of Shinzo Abe as Japan’s prime minister and the possibility of renewed tensions with China, a most profound question was also apparent: what, if any, is NATO’s Pacific role?

NATO’s role in the Pacific I hear you ask? Ask many Europeans where NATO’s responsibility stops and I am pretty sure they would say the English Channel on one end and the Baltic states’ borders with Russia on the other. Many forget that NATO includes the United States and Canada and simply assume it is an organization for the American-led defense of Europe. Indeed, the only time NATO’s Armageddon Article 5 collective defense clause was ever invoked was on 12 September, 2001 in defense of the United States.

This matters because it is not the United States that is ‘pivoting’ away from Europeans, but Asia-Pacific that is ‘pivoting’ towards Europe and Europeans need to begin to get their heads around this. Article Five of the North Atlantic Treaty states, “The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defense recognized by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.”

Now, no attack is pending, but does the term “North Atlantic area” now include the the US and Canadian Pacific coast and their Pacific possessions? If it does, NATO’s westernmost point is the US Wake Island, some 12045kms/7485 miles from Brussels but only 3207kms/1993 miles from Tokyo. Indeed, Alaska is only 90kms/58miles from Russia’s Far East across the Bering Strait.

There are some reports that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is considering a Pacific-Atlantic Treaty Organization or PATO.
The 2010 NATO Strategic Concept states, “This Strategic Concept will guide the next phase in NATO’s evolution, so that it continues to be effective in a changing world, against new threats, with new capabilities and new partners.” NATO is slowly beginning to grapple with the modernization of Article 5 collective defense. To be credible in this new age that will necessarily mean a NATO capable of generating the biggest of security pictures. It will also mean the creation of advanced deployable military forces reinforced by the defensive and offensive technologies of our time; missile defense, cyber-defense and global intelligence across five domains – air, sea, land, cyber, and space. Above all, it will require a complete overhaul of NATO’s strategic mindset so that everything the Alliance does is considered in the context of the world as it is, not the very narrow focus beloved of Europeans. If not, NATO will not die but will slowly fade like the old soldier that it now is.

The sub-title of the Strategic Concept is “Active Engagement: Modern Defence.” If that is to mean anything it will mean an Alliance credible to the security needs of all its members, not just a few. As the Alliance begins the long slog to rebuild the mutual confidence and trust undermined by the imbalance of effort in Afghanistan it will also a twenty-first century NATO relevant to the twenty-first century not the twentieth.
Pacific NATO. It is already a fact. Can we ever make it a reality?

Related piece: Panetta Urges New Focus for NATO

From the Atlantic to the Pacific and all points in between
Including cyberspace. NATO is looking to be the army of global tyranny, fascism and oppression.

The more than 60-year-old NATO alliance "remains the bedrock of America’s global ... partnerships," Panetta said. "But today, after over 11 years of war, I believe we are at another turning point in the history of the transatlantic alliance."

The secretary listed some of those U.S. initiatives: deploying ballistic missile defense-equipped destroyers to Rota, Spain; establishing a new U.S. aviation detachment in Poland; and deploying U.S. Army battalions on a rotational basis to participate in the NATO Response Force.
Turning to "new frontiers," Panetta urged NATO commitment to cyber defense.

"For years, I have been deeply concerned by intellectual property theft, by attacks against private sector institutions, (fascism) and the continued probing of military and critical infrastructure networks," he said. Panetta said cyber- attacks could "paralyze our economies" and potentially destroy national power grids, government systems, financial and banking networks.
Other key capabilities for the future that require investment, Panetta said, include unmanned systems, surveillance and intelligence platforms, space defense and special operations forces.

Panetta recommended the establishment of "deeper partnerships with the Arab League [and] the Gulf Cooperation Council and build regular dialogue, exchanges and exercises with African organizations such as the African Union and ECOWAS in Western Africa."

NATO also must broaden the scope of alliance security discussions beyond European and regional issues, the secretary said.

"In particular, I strongly believe that Europe should join the United States in increasing and deepening our defense engagement with the Asia-Pacific region," Panetta said.
You can read the rest for yourself at the above link.

I consider Panetta’s words to be nauseating.  What he calls ‘global peace and prosperity”, is tyranny.
Plain and Simple. That this man is spinning global tyranny, global control & global fascism, including but not limited to drone overflights & constant surveillance of humanity, as a positive is simply too evil.
Off the chart evil!

  1. I tend to go with NATO being an extension of the nazis post WW2 [operation paperclip & goering setting up the EEC etc]

    1. Hi dog
      how are you doing?

You would not be alone in that line of thinking
I have heard of others ascribing to it, but, i have not delved into it enough myself
If you want to expand on that thought or leave links, please do

  2. Russia Accuses EU of Stalling Organ Theft Probe

    1. This goes back to Kosovo
I saw recently that the Serb population resident in the non-recognized by Russia state of Kosovo was looking for independence
Of course the terrorist in charge, Thaci, nixed that idea
I have previous posts here on Kosovo

One directly involving organ trafficking and Israel implicated along with Kosovo

I think there are more, but just thought I would put those up as a refresher Kosovo is a nato protected, narco/organ/people trafficking terror state

  3. Russia walks back official backing of French Mali excursion. If not the basing is it the Mistrals?

'Only private Russian airlines may provide air transportation services to foreign countries sending forces to Mali during the current crisis, and the decision on whether to do so is up to them, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday."

Which brings us full circle to Victor Bout sting circa 2008 and the corresponding launch of AFRICOM...the circle closes

Bout may have facilitated huge arms shipments into various civil wars in Africa with his private air cargo fleets during the 1990s [snip] In cooperation with American authorities,[9] Royal Thai Police arrested Bout in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2008

    AFRICOM inaugurated 2008
United States Africa Command, (U.S. AFRICOM) is one of six of the U.S. Defense Department's geographic combatant commands and is responsible to the Secretary of Defense for military relations with African nations, the African Union, and African regional security organizations. A full-spectrum combatant command, U.S. AFRICOM is responsible for all U.S. Department of Defense operations, exercises, and security cooperation on the African continent, its island nations, and surrounding waters. AFRICOM began initial operations on Oct. 1, 2007, and officially became an independent command on Oct. 1, 2008.

    1. Thanks for more Russian links.

Interesting about the Russian Navy's 2009 plans to purchase one assault ship from France and build 3 or 4 more.

I've previously linked to reports about the Russian Navy's 2010 plan to build an aircraft carrier:

The Admiral Kuznetsov is expected to be docked at Sevmash shipyards in 2012 for full-scale modernization, which will continue for at least five years.

Russia is aiming to finish drafting plans for a new nuclear-powered aircraft carrier for its Navy by 2012 and build at least three of the ships for its Northern and Pacific fleets.

But evidently the Russians have either totally changed their plans. The Russians only aircraft carrier was in the Med in December (hardly anyone in the West reported this) to do exercises with the Israelis!

I believe they are also doing more exercises this month so it looks like the 'Admiral Kuznetsov' won't be in dry dock being refurbished.

The Russian naval plans have been in flux and changing for years. The reporting is awful. One would think that if the U.S. and Russia were indeed two major adversaries we would hear more about the Russian Navy's plans. Or get more accurate information.

The article anonymous cites above, explains the disarray:

In the end, it appears that these reports of interest served mostly as bargaining chips, in order to get better terms from the French for the ships that Russia had always wanted.

I'm not sure I buy that explanation.

Nor do I buy the explanation that Littoral attack capabilities are more important to Russia than projecting fighter planes to a region. In fact, Russia's top Naval dude, said last year:

"In my personal opinion, designing of a new aircraft carrier is vital for us", reports Interfax citing ADM Chirkov. . . .

He specified that development of conceptual design of the carrier would finish by 2020. . . .

It is noteworthy that Chirkov said in July that certain research institutes had been already tasked to develop a project of aircraft carrier. The money has been appropriated for that purpose as well.

In 2009, sources in naval headquarters said that the Russian Navy Development Concept provided shaping of five or six carrier strike groups by 2050-2060. It was planned to start construction of aircraft carriers in 2012.

However, the then-defense minister Anatoly Serdiukov said Russian defense ministry had no money for building aircraft carriers and their supply ships till 2020. "So far, there is no money for that purpose within arms procurement program until 2020", said Serdiukov commenting [on the] plans to build new aircraft carriers for Russian Navy.

Oh, and I don't know if Russia is "walking back" its support (or at least acquiescence) for the NATO attack in Mali. More like creating a cover story to convince people it opposes Western hegemony or is at least acting as a curb on Western power. Funny how Russia is always a day late and a dollar short. They agree to action in Libya and then pretend to act surprised when this action expands. How many times is Russia going to get punked? The most obvious answer is they are not getting punked but are punking us. Lavrov sounds like frickin' Hillary Clinton promising only that "non lethal" aid is going to Syrian rebels!!! What a punk!

    2. A lot what you wrote above was when that weasel and Cryptozoic Jew Medvedev was president of Russia. As to non lethal aid you have to determine what the code lethal means. Syria has a flourishing arms industry and is quite self sufficient. Iran supplies Syria with armaments for the infantry. The war now is infantry and counter terrorism. That is the key word "non lethal" counter terrorism.

    3. Yeah Hans, I see that they are trying to blame the lack of a homemade shipbuilding industry and a weak Navy on Medvedev. I see Medvedeve has similarly been blamed for Russia's pro Western actions.

For a variety of reasons I don't buy this though.

But most basically, these decisions are being made under Putin now. It's was Putin's Navy that is doing exercises with the Israeli army just last month (if not this month as well)!!!!!!

Also, Putin could have announced the cancellation of the French contracts and a new aircraft carrier plan.

Putin was in charge when Russia join the WTO this summer. Putin was in charge when Russia allowed NATO to use its territory to support troops in Afghanistan. It was Putin, even when Medvedev was in power, that made comments about Syria and Assad that indicated Russia would not step in to save Assad and that he was a dead man.

Also, when I referred to the "non lethal" distinction it was in regard to Mali. Russia is "walking back" its support of the French support for the coup leaders of Mali (the coup Russia previously didn't recognize). My point is that this distinction is lame. It's the same lame distinction Hillary et al. use re Syria and other places and the same lame distinction Russia uses in Afghanistan. "Non lethal" is often lethal. Hell, Russia is transporting troops. How is that non lethal?

Hey. Believe me. I want Russia to be the savior. I find it odd there are so many true believers in Russia and I can't help but be suspicious that there role is similar to the Democrat party--to sucker people.

Did I mention Russia did show up in the Med late last year? To do drills with Israel, not to defend Syria!!!!!! You do remember that Russia also refused to sell advanced fighter jets to Syria (that Iran agreed to pay for) because Israel objected?

    4. Excellent points.
Aside from the obvious fact that expecting Putin to be a good guy is crazy when he is KGB and ordered massacres of civilians in the Baltics and Chechnya the basic reality is that Russia is covertly controlled by Freemasonry and other Luciferian secret societies, just like all the other states, and visibly by the Central Bank's control of the currency and credit which controls the economy, which is under the control of the BIS which itself is under the control of the private banks syndicated as the Money Power, the "Rothschild" Bank, based in the City of London and Switzerland. Not rocket science and not a secret. They are playing us.

The suckering of people to support the "anti-West" East is simple dialectics, good cop bad cop scamming, a fake farce, so that all the blame for everything can be scapegoated onto the old obvious evil of "the Zionist West" and the masses will support the BRICS-led UN NWO. It is the same Euro Elite behind it, who created the UN, as China and the other Eastern states are all Quisling puppets [Mao was a Yale/CIA agent and has had various "Communist" and Capitalist Jewish "advisors" to date].

All this is and more is well spelled out at my favourite blog . A must read!

  4. The Russians are walking back official sponsorship of the French Mali incursion. IT is private airlines that will provide support. If not the Djibouti basing then maybe it is the Mistrals order

Only private Russian airlines may provide air transportation services to foreign countries sending forces to Mali during the current crisis, and the decision on whether to do so is up to them, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday.

And so a return to the Victor Bout case/bust circa 2008...
A citizen of Russia, he was arrested in Thailand in 2008 [clip] Bout may have facilitated huge arms shipments into various civil wars in Africa with his private air cargo fleets during the 1990s

    AFRICOM launches 2008...

    And some recent cleanup
Richard Chichakli, an associate of arms dealer Viktor Bout, has been arrested in Australia for allegedly trying to buy two aircraft illegally, authorities said

    Read more:

    1. Victor Bout?
why does that name ring a bell?
      Perhaps if Kaspi is around..
for some reason I think Kaspi may have left info here on this person?
      not sure

sigh... I have been bloggin' to long and have read way to much news

    2. Checked out the Wikipedia link* and saw this:

"As willing to work for Charles Taylor in Liberia as he was for the United Nations in Sudan and the United States in Iraq,[7][9] Bout may have facilitated huge arms shipments into various civil wars in Africa with his private air cargo fleets during the 1990s."

But Charles Taylor was probably on the same side as the US and UN so there is no contradiction saying he supported Charles Taylor AND the UN in Sudan:

The most fascinating thing about Taylor was that he was first busted and incarcerated here in the Commonwealth (God save it!), while on the lam from an embezzlement rap back home. He got tossed into the venerable Plymouth House of Correction, current home of celebrity murderer James (Whitey) Bulger. In 1985, Taylor became the first inmate to escape from Plymouth in a century. More than a few people involved in the case think he had help. Taylor himself testified at his trial that he was pretty much allowed to walk free; the other four saps who went with him were rounded up and stashed back in the hoosegow almost immediately:

"Why would someone walk out of a prison that's never been breached in a 100 years?’" said David M. Crane, who was the chief prosecutor for the Sierra Leone war crimes court from 2002 to 2005 and now teaches at Syracuse University College of Law. "It begs the question: How do you walk out of a prison? It seems someone looked the other way.’"

See also this original article by the Boston Globe from January 2012 claiming their FOIA request confirmed the CIA connection: Unfortunately, that's behind a paywall even though it wasn't when I looked a few months ago.

The Globe has walked back this claim a little bit although I think their original logic is compelling:

Conclusion? Odds are both Victor Bout and Charles Taylor were supported or employed by intelligence agencies. Is the U.S./U.N. now cleaning up loose ends by putting these people in jail?

*I always remind myself that Wikipedia is a perp organization that will hide critical information--it's convenient but very dangerous--caveat emptor.

    3. Bingo: an article today about the French mistrals...

A senior Russian defense industry official described as “absurd” on Thursday a previously-agreed deal to purchase two French-built Mistral assault ships for the Russian Navy.

  5. Watch this sad and brave courageous young girl daughter of a martyred solider. Heart breaking.

    1. It is sad to see one so young hurt so badly

Though it made me cry thanks for the link

  6. Slightly off topic . . . or not . . . as it could be viewed as a complimentary policy to NATO's expansion . . .

But this Land Destroyer post compiles some sources on the origins of the Western conspiracy against Syria.
We were discussing of these issues the other day.

The article points to the March 5, 2007 article by Seymour Hersch in the New Yorker ("The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda.").

He also analyzes this July 27, 2007 Wall Street Journal article:

Cartalucci does a good job reading the WSJ article and pointing out some basic facts that were admitted or obvious even in 2007 that are being diminished/denied now:

"From the pan-Arab logistical networks NATO is using to flood Syria with weapons and terrorists, to the current leadership of the so-called opposition, and with documented evidence from 2007 of a US conspiracy to prop up the Muslim Brotherhood and other known, violent extremist groups in Syria to overthrow the government, it is clear that every aspect of the US', UK's, NATO's, and even the UN's narrative regarding the conflict in Syria is an intentional fabrication. Furthermore, it indicates a much wider deception - one involving the misconception that presidential elections bring in both new leadership, and new policies. The wars engineered under Bush, are being carried out under Obama, by the same policy makers from the very same corporate-funded think-tanks that handed Bush his agenda years ago."

Obviously the Western conspiracy against Syria goes way back from before 2007 even. I pointed to Wayne Madson's recent report using a 1967 CIA document:

"Using Central Intelligence Agency-funded private foundations, the United States helped train members of the Sunni Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Lebanon, and Syria, According to an April 4, 1967 document recovered from CIA archives, the CIA funded the American Friends of the Middle East (AFME) and "other private voluntary organizations" to organize opposition to Egyptian pan-Arab Socialist President Gamal Abdel Nasser, Syrian Baath President Nureddin al-Atassi, the Baath government of Iraq, and Nasserite Lebanese Prime Minister Rashid Karami. . . .

However, there is no actual proof that CIA indirect support to the Muslim Brotherhood ended with President Lyndon Johnson's directive. In fact, after maintaining low-level contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood during Anwar Sadat's presidency of Egypt, the CIA's contacts increased dramatically when the Muslim Brotherhood was used to recruit mercenaries to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan in 1979. Instead of organizations like AFME, the funding for the Muslim Brotherhood operations came directly from Saudi Arabia with the support of the CIA. . . ."

And of course the U.S./U.N./NATO were involved in Syria soon after WWII and it may have been the first U.S. operation to overthrow a government after WWII, resulting in the 1949 coup in Syria: [I don't trust Slate but hey, it's a pretty good cartoon and if even they admit the strong likelihood of U.S. involvement then it's worth noting]

    1. All well presented.
The question that is begged though is, revealing an even worse secret of "international" deep politics, why does Assad not reveal this? I mean he must know all the facts behind and have ample hard evidence for the open Israeli bombing of his country, the blatant arming of antiSyrian jihadis including now the obviously Western armed and trained ISIS/ISIL/IS etc... so why is it up to us to expose this online? Why is the Syrian government with its 1000s of employees not spreading this info all over the world? Instead we hear squat, just a few squeeks and hints... nothing really.

Answer is: Assad is in on it, an insider, a traitor to the people, a puppet of the Elite. His father was a papal knight and the simple fact that the gigantic catalogue of extremely evil scams and crimes committed by the Western elites does not get a mention by his regime shows he is complicit with the whole Elite conspiracy. He will probably have an exit plan like others have had... "Saddam's" hanging was obviously fake.. it was a body double. Anyway with all the intense mind control that goes on in these sick families and the utter "expendability" of everybody in the Hierarchy System his motivations and fate don't even matter to Them. They have betrayed and will happily betray and sacrifice anybody for The Plan for total power.

It is a sad thing to note but clear as day. It is all a deep black farce... the people have no hope while they obey any of these rulers.

  7. Replies
    1. That is interesting. Thanks.

I'm assuming it's propaganda just like the Wikileaks/Guardian discovery of Syria's documents and Assad's emails.

No surprise to me one of the goals of this (probable) disinformation is to prop up Russia as an opposition force.

      This just smells like BS:

Hamad: They are starting to think of names. In the past, they had good relations with us and we have common [oil] wells. But on the Syrian issue, unfortunately it’s the Russians. If they say the word, the Syrian regime will be finished. But Russia is still insisting on the issue. I spoke to [Russian President Vladimir] Putin on the phone for 40 minutes. It was a bad conversation, although my relationship with him used to excellent, but the call was a failure. Now, they are starting to lose balance and want a solution.

Mursi: Why do they want it?

Hamad: They have a marine base in Syria. We told them we will work on an agreement between you and the Free Syrian Army (FSA), but they did not accept."

    2. WWM:
the issues for Russia go beyond the base at Tartus/Tartous

I haven't read through all the stuff freethinker has left, so I won't assume anything about it

    3. Yep Penny.

Theoretically Russia should be concerned about many bigger geopolitical issues than this little base in Syria. Russia's putative interests in the region compel a completely different response than what we've seen so far.

Hence I find these conversations, and hearsay about other conversations (e.g. the phone call with Putin), hard to believe. Russia has already "said the word" and is allowing the West to slowly bring Syria down (and probably Iran). Qatar must know this. Saudi Arabia must know this. Russia has already agreed not to militarily oppose the Western conspiracy. If it were going to change course now, by using its naval fleet to protect Syria, it would have prepared the world for the arrival of its mighty armada and be warning the West about its illegal operations and chance for greater war. Then I would think they would withdraw from things like the WTO and not allow the U.S. to supply its troops in Afghanistan, etc.

Instead, one must assume Russia's fleet is cooperating or working with Israel rather than helping Syria! They appear to do more drills with them and listen to Israel over Syria when it comes to delivering weapons.

I bet both Iran and Syria recognize reality now--that Russia is not their ally and is enabling the attack. Which is maybe why they are doing bilateral deals with each other rather than trilateral deals with Russia. And Russia didn't participate in Iran's diplomatic efforts re Syria, did they?!

Sorry for my annoying contrarianism Penny. When I gets an itch I just gots to scratch it.

    4. Don't worry about your contrarianism. I don't find it annoying.
Your not rude or offensive just contrary.

Here is my take on the stuff about Tartus

"Theoretically Russia should be concerned about many bigger geopolitical issues than this little base in Syria"

      Your right and they are
This exchange reinforces the western narrative
1.concerns about the base, when it is way more and that is always left out of the western rhetoric
      2. Russia is presented as the unreasonable party
On both assertions Russia is the bad guy, the unreasonable party
Unwilling to resolve with the FSA
In other words..this exchange was leaked to demonize Russia

    5. Maybe I should have said intriguing rather than interesting. I don't know what to make of it myself.

  8. This propaganda relates a bit to Feethinker's link:

Evidently Saudi Arabia is getting the blame for the disarray in the opposition. There's always a scapegoat or an excuse but we are never allowed to focus blame on the U.S. and its partners and proxies who are waging this war.

Syria is one of the first countries the U.S. tried to overthrow after WWII. It's been repeatedly trying to achieve this goal for decades (and has had some momentary success). This has to be a U.S. led operation.

    1. "Evidently Saudi Arabia is getting the blame for the disarray in the opposition"

Saudi Arabia has plenty of internal problems, this cannot be discounted

  9. Okay. Looking back at the Malta Today article it is now dated November, 2011.

I can swear that it used to be dated 2012. Hmmm. Maybe these are indeed secrets now. Or I was mistaken.

And I think the text has changed a bit. Hmmm.

I'm willing to stand corrected and would love to find a more honest or authoritative source on the Russian naval actions and what it's sole aircraft carrier is up to. Unless we citizens of the West are not allowed to know . . .

  10. January 3, 2013 Live Leak video regarding the 'Admiral Kuznetsov' in the Med, with video:

  11. Awesome speech about the Western conspiracy against Syria:

"Belgian MP LAURENT LOUIS stands against war in Mali and exposes the international neo-colonial plot at the Belgian Parliament.

On January the 17th, 32 years old Belgiam MP Laurent Louis, the most controversial and demonized national political figure ever, explained why he voted against the belgian support to war in Mali. Meanwhile, he expressed his disgust and wrath against the criminal foreign policies of the belgian elite and its submission to foreign financial and interests groups. For the first time at the Belgiam Parliament, he evokes that 9/11 was made up and says what no one before him has never dared to speak out!"

    1. Good link Walt.
I've found a version with CC subtitles that allows downloading for those who keep an archive-

  12. You know why he is the most controversial and demonized political figure of Belgium? It was not because of Syria, it's because he confronted the pedophocracy around Marc Dutroux some months ago. He made public the autopsy reports of the poor victims that died officially from starvation, but had in reality been brutally raped. he even said it in the chamber.
He is one of the good guys and he knows in what danger he is. I think (and he said as much) that he has some really good dead man switch in place or else he would already have been whacked (like all the witnesses tended to do in the Dutroux case).
