Bye Bye Barzani. Hello, Israel 2.0 aka Kurdistan

Recall my prediction that Barzani will likely be out of power by years end?
The news of Gorran leader coming back to Iraq, just a short time ago, made clear the end was near.

Onto the Latest: Two Largest Iraq Kurdish Parties Unite Ahead of Upcoming Elections

The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Movement for Change (Gorran) have agreed on 33 points, including the necessity to resume the Iraqi parliament's work, the source at the PUK media center said.

The parties also support the idea of the Iraqi Kurdistan president being elected by the parliament, as well as the expansion of the prime minister's powers.
Erdogan is taking it on the chin for his move to be granted more powers along the line of the US President, but, not a word is being said about this consolidation of power occuring in Iraq's Kurdish autonomous zone- why?
On Saturday, the councils of both parties approved the draft agreement. An official ceremony to mark the agreement's conclusion is expected to take place in a few days, the press secretary of the PUK Political Bureau, Saadi Ahmed Pira, said.

The Iraqi Kurdistan autonomous region in the country's north is a part of the historic Kurdish region parts of which also belong to Syria, Iran and Turkey. (necessary perception management statement)
