Breaking! "Rebels" aka Terrorists, call for ceasefire as SAA recaptures Aleppo city. Russian Killed. Israeli Strikes & More

I've been updating as news is breaking so bear with me, ok?

Aleppo Recovered

Syrian government forces have reportedly recaptured all of Aleppo's historic 'Old City', pushing the last remaining rebels there out.
The British-based monitoring group, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, said an army advance on Tuesday and overnight, supported by heavy air strikes and shelling, caused insurgents to withdraw from the Old City.
The report indicates that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime, helped by its ally Russia, is closer than ever to what would be its biggest victory of the conflict – retaking eastern Aleppo in its entirety.
The Syrian army advance has already seen rebels lose two thirds of the besieged enclave.

Insurgents /Terrorists are now calling for a five-day ceasefire, talks about Aleppo's future, and medical and civilian evacuations.

The Kremlin however looks in no mood to back down – describing all rebels left in Aleppo as 'terrorists' and announcing that rebel/terrorist shelling has killed a Russian military adviser there.
Russian military adviser killed by shelling in Aleppo
A Russian military adviser working in Aleppo has been killed by artillery shelling carried out by Syrian opposition rebels, Russian news agencies quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying on Wednesday.
The adviser would be posthumously given a top military award, the agencies said.
The death of the military adviser comes two days after two Russian nurses were killed in a rocket attack on a Russian military hospital in Aleppo.
The strike on the hospital by terrorists, who were undoubtedly provided coordinates by their allies in US/UK/Israel/NATO

Syria Rejects The Offer of Ceasefire!!!

Syrian government takes Aleppo Old City, rejects proposed ceasefire

The rebels are pushing for a five-day truce and the evacuation of injured people and civilians from eastern Aleppo - but the Syrian government has rejected this proposal.

"We will not accept any truce," Fares Shehabi, a member of parliament for Aleppo, told dpa by telephone. "If they do not leave we will continue our attack," he warned the armed groups.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said all rebels who choose to remain in the collapsing enclave will be deemed as linked to al-Qaeda's wing in Syria, a strong force in the country.

"The exit was offered to them and this issue was discussed earlier," Peskov said about the rebels, according to the Russian state news agency TASS. "Unfortunately, only few have exited," he added.
Israeli acts of war

Yesterday in the comment section I'd mentioned breaking reporting of most probably Israeli airstrikes into Syria- And it was! Of course. Read below:

there is also breaking news that either 3 or 4 planes made strikes into Syrian territory

looking for more verification at this time as the first out was SOHR but we have more news now from i24

As of now I would speculate this was Israel- they used Lebanese airspace and struck Hezbollah in Syria

"unidentified warplanes flew at high altitude in the sky of the areas of Madaya and Zabadani, they carried out four raids on the western mountain of Zabadani, which is controlled by the regime forces and the Lebanese Hezbollah since the second half of last year 2015, and the sources confirmed to the Observatory that the raids targeted 2 checkpoint areas in which members of the Lebanese Hezbollah are positioned, among the checkpoints that besiege Zabadani city, it is not known whether the targeting was for both checkpoint directly or it targeted members who were targeting both checkpoints in the mountain, also no information received about the size of the human losses caused by these raids"

in french with an Israeli leaning obviously

"Several' militants were injured in the strikes, according to reports and witnesses on the ground

Unidentified fighter jets on Tuesday attacked at least three positions of the Lebanese Hezbollah on Syrian territory around the city of Al-Zabadani, local media reported.

"Several" militants were injured in the strikes, according to reports and witnesses on the ground.

Details on the incident were scarce at time of reporting"

stay tuned..
Yesterday very early reporting seemed to indicate it was Israel- Two strikes in 24 hours

The Israeli enemy launched at 3:00 am Wednesday a number of surface-to-surface missiles from inside the occupied territories to the west of Tall Abu al-Nada (hill) that landed in the surroundings of al-Mezzeh Airport west of Damascus, a military source said.
The source told SANA that the attack caused a fire to erupt in the site where the missiles hit, adding that no human casualties were reported.
The source noted that the attack is part of the “desperate attempts” of the Israeli enemy to support the terrorist groups and raise their deteriorating morale.
This attack, the source stressed, will only make the Syrian Arab Army “even more determined to cut off the hands of the terrorist agents of the Zionist entity, which should be held fully responsible for the repercussions and consequences of these criminal attacks.”
Today’s attack came a week after the air force of the Israeli army fired from the Lebanese airspace two missiles on al-Sabboura area in the western countryside of Damascus, in an attempt to divert attention from the successes which the Syrian army has been making against the terrorist organizations.
Israeli warplanes hit an area near Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's palace early morning, causing multiple fires and explosions at Damascus' military airport.
No deaths or injuries have been reported and neither the Syrian nor the Israeli armed forces have commented on the attack which struck Mezzeh Military Airport around 4am.
It is understood that Israel was targeting Hizballah positions near the airport, in the second such strike in 24 hours.
If you have a barf bag handy feel free to read this joint statement on Aleppo. It is truly nauseating:

The leaders of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, the UK and the United States gave a joint statement on the situation in Aleppo. Joint statement on Aleppo: 7 December 2016

*Notice the absence of Turkey in that joint statement?

Whew! The past 24 hours have been busy!

  1. this talk about humanitarianism from Canada et al
Is the club wielded to manipulate us all- it's a disgrace to see that word tossed around by any NATO nations so called leadership- this is a toxic meme

    1. Thank you for the news Penny...

Yes I couldn't get past the first paragraph and almost sent a msg to the F-king liars. But I said to myself, "They are losing! I won't waist my breath!"

Israel is WELL KNOWN SKANKS for unidentified war planes. They did the same thing to the USS Liberty and have lied since. Even then LBJ the war criminal and war profiteer claimed it was an accident. There is a faux LBJ humanitarian award presented each year that is hosted by ADL/and associates. Roosevelt/Garner,Wallace,Truman, Nixon/LBJ, Bush/Cheney, Obama/Biden Reagan...Clinton. (I could list until my hand falls off)are/were nothing but war profiteers with endless amounts of blood on their hands all for filthy Jews and their faux state. The day their unmarked planes FALL FROM THE SKY and explode before impact is the day I will be granted a partial reprieve from their disgusting presence.

  2. Dunford meeting Akar again. Most notable Turkey says it was an Iran drone operated by someone who hit the troops? it does recall the Russian drone gone undetected in Israeli airspace. And something else. When the Belgian planes hit the Kurds and the Russians delivered the radars, the Russian MOD (general) said that Russian radars are able to tell the signature of every plane in the air. And given the layered defense it does raise a few questions, namely the missile system near Turkey border (unknown?) that locked on to the Russian plane pre shootdown that using an evasion maneuver (so described) violated Turkey airspace (leading to the shootdown), the alleged US and Russian incident weeks ago where the Russian pilot didn't "see" the US plane on radar and the Russian declaration about the Turkish troop hit not being Syria or Russia. As for that accidental drones breah, the Israelis allegedly tried to shoot it down and failed.

Israeli Probe Backs Russian Claims of Accidental Drone Border Breach

"Neither two Patriot missiles, nor one air-to-air missile fired from an Israeli fighter reportedly managed to take down the mystery UAV that retreated into Syria. "

It also reminds of the US RQ-170 drone Iran allegedly hacked circa 2011

The Turkish Foreign Minister said in wake of Soldier attack that forces opposed to Euphrates Shield have reason to attack. IS Iran opposed to Euphrates Shield? Presumably Iran would back the wall and the operation especially as another Kurdi was just killed on the northwestern border (incidentally right about the time that Saudi utility hack that showed not a burning US flag but a poster of Alan Kurdi) and the US is openly training PAK / Kurdi militias. Was it Hezbollah? an accident? Something else?

The recent jubilatin in Israel on the hard right has even elicited warnings form the US that Netanyahu boldness seen in the settlement push and recent legislation is perhaps optimistic (Tamir Pardo, Ex moddad, warning months ago of possible civil war in Israel after dismissing the hard right threat mongering)

Ex Mossad chief: Israel's biggest threat is potential civil war, not Iran . “Internal division,” Pardo said, “can lead us to civil war – we are already on a path toward that. If a society crosses a certain line in its division and hatred, it is a real possibility to see a phenomenon like a civil war.”Pardo also took issue with the Defense Ministry’s statement earlier this month that compared the deal between the six world powers and Iran to curb Tehran’s nuclear program with the 1938 Munich agreement that allowed Nazi Germany to annex portions of Czechoslovakia. “You can’t compare squash and grapes. What happened a century ago is different from what is occurring today,” Pardo said. “History does not repeat itself.”

Pardo comments are particularly noteworthy considering the CIA Brennan recently warning Trump Iran Hawks that unwinding the deal would be very unwise, no matter how many trips the Deputy Crown prince makes to the US.

    1. Finally, it is curious that Israel has chosen to launch strikes now in wake of Russian air and ground based systems deployments. If they are intended in part as probing missions, the Russians are not biting. But the drone miss in Golan, like the alleged Syrian shootdown of an IDF plane and ghosts of Lebanon war haunt. And then there is that issue of restraint especially following the implicit accusation the US leaked the coordinates of the Russian hospital.

      Putin 29Nov
Putin says "It is inadmissible to seek to achieve one’s goals unilaterally and at any cost." As an example Putin cited the former Yugoslavia and Crimea. "Bombing of Belgrade is intervention in bypassing of the norms and rules of international law," he said, adding that the United Nations Security Council did not sanction such action but the United States did that unilaterally. "We’re still exercising restraint and refraining from similarly loutish answers to our partners but everything has limits and we can respond one day," he said.

Coming full circle to yet another reference to new physical weapons, this time dressed up as technology

IFX: Possession of unique technologies is important factor of Russian sovereignty - Putin

And that comment follows not only the latest meteor in Siberia, but the Soyuz rocket fail

Has the loutish behavior changed? Will it Change with the Warrior Monk, Romney, Petraeus, Kissinger, Stavridis?

China just called out the "Rookie" following the SOuth China Sea tweet

    2. Lavrov: Says UN Resolution Useless

      Now imagine a Romney rant..

    4. After the Russian 33 skids off the carrier

    5. thanks anonymous person

I have an article discussing the Israeli strikes to post and Putin's statement? quite interesting

    6. Notice the following
Netherland subb chased off carrrier days before the mig 29 went down
Soyuz progress fails to hit orbit day of Ukraine missile tests and Ukraine mato announnce joint black sea patrols
Su 33 down off carrier. Day later fa 18 off Japan. Go back to june blue angels f18 crashes and the Russians knights crash with days of each other. And Swiss performance team planned down in Netherlands.
Denmark pulls out of incirlik fighters

Russia rejects pilot error after initial reports of cable snapping.

Finally after the putin comments a coup attempt in Indonesia sukarno and marccos linked general probo including a quake. California 6.8.

Given Putin comments maybeb he was bbeing litoral

  3. Penny :

Here is some pertinent followup to the earlier arrival of the US amphibious landing ships to the Mediterranean, several days ago. Looks like the ZioAmericans are piling more ships in there. I still hold to my theory that events in Syria will escalate after Aleppo falls. How, is another question.

" The U.S. Navy’s Dwight D. Eisenhower carrier strike group (Ike CSG) entered the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations on December 4 following a Suez Canal transit.

Aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (Ike) was accompanied by guided-missile destroyer USS Roosevelt (DDG 80) and guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56), after five months of providing air support operations in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and conducting maritime security operations in the Arabian Gulf."

    1. Mieszko1: thanks for the update- I'll post a follow up to the original and that doesn't bode well for the region now does it?

  4. I think Israel (& Lockheed Martin) are testing the new F-35 against the S-400.

    1. Note the Chinese leaks about stealth and quantum. China said to beb working on ringing subs in a cheaper approach to sonar invisibility. Bit like the UK threatening to send a carrier to the south China Sea in 2020.

  5. I think Turkey is totally out of the belligerent camp against Syria. Turkey held negotiations last week in Ankara, where Russia & rebel groups for the first time held direct talks. The US was not invited, they are allegedly pretty angry about it.
Dunford visiting Turkey so often is also a sign of how bad relations are. If they were good the US would just give orders, and Turkey would follow, minimally they would call. Now they have to meet in person and negotiate. (On twitter a lot of pro-US Turks are complaining about it)
It also shows that the military has taken a lot of power from Erdogan since the coup. US officials only meet with the military, not the PM, & certainly not Erdogan. Something is off.
I want to add that I'm someone who don't trust Akar at all.

    1. Turkish Parl Spokesperson Ayse was detained today in Germany:

    2. Why don't you trust Akar?

    3. I've got an interesting tidbit from the CFR regarding their issues with Turkey..
just got to get the time to do the posting

    4. trusting Akar? I've mentioned my distrust of Akar also- I hope he was deeply and thoroughly checked out after coup attempt- his being tied up while everything went wild was questionable..

    5. Hi Penny. Akar said he was forced to speak to Gulen and a Turk politician said that during the coup, he came out in support of Erdogan.

    6. Hi Ally:

I've read a bit about him afterwards...
I want to know he supports the Turkish people and the nation state of Turkey- That's what I am unsure about...
