Pt: 1- History is Written By the Winners.Always.

Following on the theme started with the previous post: A Fresh Look at the French Revolution- The Liberals vs the People. Where we all learn of an alternative history to the French revolution. One that sees the masses enraged, group of fighters/rebels fight against the republic for years afterwards. Only to be massacred by the state. None of which was mentioned in the usual history books
It should be clear that History is written by the Winners/Victors.
That should seem obvious enough to everyone and anyone.

Lately James Corbett has been doing a series of covering WW1.

The first part was previously linked here. James Corbett: The WW1 Conspiracy

Part 2 and 3 are available from Mr Corbett's site:

The WWI Conspiracy – Part Two: The American Front

The WWI Conspiracy – Part Three: A New World Order

All three parts of this documentary are highly recommended. I've viewed them all.

Embedded below is a still more thought provoking interview James Corbett did with Gerry Docherty, co-author with Jim MacGregor of Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War, joins us for an in-depth discussion about the real origins of WWI. In this wide-ranging discussion, Docherty reveals the machinations of the Secret Elite that ensnared Europe, and, ultimately, the world, in war. We also talk about the teaching of history and who controls the historical narrative on key global events. This talk of indoctrination via the edu-indoctrination system has been addressed here at the blog on more then one occasion.

Interview: Laura Endicott Thomas- Control, Coercion and State Education

The interview below is worth listening to twice. Minimally.

Being the last German kaiser and king of Prussia, and one of the most prominent figures of the First World War.

    Ruled: 1888–1918

Family: Wilhelm’s father was Frederick III, who was briefly the kaiser of Germany and king of Prussia (Wilhelm’s grandfather, Wilhelm I, ruled between January 1871–March 1888). His mother was Victoria, the eldest daughter of British Queen Victoria.

In 1881 Wilhelm married his second cousin, Augusta Victoria of Schleswig-Holstein, with whom he had seven children. Augusta died in 1921, and the following year Wilhelm married Hermine Reuss of Greiz.

His life: Wilhelm was born in 1859. It was a difficult birth, during which Wilhelm sustained nerve damage that left one of his arms permanently paralysed – a condition that he attempted to conceal throughout his life.

In 1874 he began his schooling at the Kassel Gymnasium, and in 1877 he went on to attend the University of Bonn for four terms, where he studied politics and law.

To mark his 18th birthday, Wilhelm was invested with the Order of the Garter by his grandmother, Queen Victoria, of whom he was extremely fond.

Order of the Garter "The Order of the Garter (formally the Most Noble Order of the Garter) is an order of chivalry founded by Edward III in 1348 and regarded as the most prestigious British order of chivalry"

. Created by Edward III c. 1348 CE, the chivalric order was one of the first of a growing trend where rulers and noble knights sought to differentiate themselves from the increasing number of knights in the late medieval period.

And clearly his grandmother was extremely fond of him

Think about that aspect of all that occurred leading up to, during and after WW1
