Germany Denies Patent for Cyanide Equipped RFID Chip

Germany has declined to patent a cyanide-equipped RFID chip developed in Saudi Arabia.

From German publication The Local:

A Saudi Arabian inventor has filed for a patent on a potentially lethal science fiction-style human tracking microchip, the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) told The Local on Friday.

But the macabre innovation that enables remote killing will likely be denied copyright protection.

I am going to repeat that, just so it is clear-
enables remote killing
enables remote killing

“While the application is still pending further paperwork on his part, the invention will probably be found to violate paragraph two of the German Patent Law – which does not allow inventions that transgress public order or good morals,” spokeswoman Stephanie Kr├╝ger told The Local from Munich.

The patent application – entitled “Implantation of electronic chips in the human body for the purposes of determining its geographical location” – was filed on October 30, 2007, but was only published until last week, or 18 months after submission as required by German law, she said.

So the patent was allegedly denied in Germany, will that really be the end of it? I doubt it !
Way too many hands would want to get a hold of that device.

I've always wondered about these free flu shots? Given year after year?
How easy would it be to chip the population via the free flu shots given en masse every year?

  1. Imagine chipping every world 'leader'.

This would be very useful for a certain segment of society and may explain why certain 'elected' officials act the way they do - Do what we tell your or you're toast!!

I'm sure this thing has already been used.

  2. Germany "denying" the patent hardly means it is not out there, it likely is.

And yeah, as a tool for blackmail and control of politicians, ideal, never thought of it, but it is perfect isn't it?

I was thinking of it's usefullness in culling the herd
    Ya know what I mean?

  3. I'll never look at a bag of Frito Lays the same way again, ever.

  4. hey silv, you want some salsa with your chips?

  5. The Silv! There you are. I thought you must have gone on holidays. Give us a hoy.

Otherwise, this chip is perfect. We'll all get one eventually. Then we'll do as we're told!

  6. Too bad the patent was denied. It would be great to implant in every child molester, rapist, prison parolee. Step out of bounds or into a school zone and whammo-

  7. actually, though your idea is not without merit, personally I am glad it was denied.

First of all, most justice systems are corrupt, second of all, if you justify using it on one group it won't belong before it is acceptable on another group of 'alleged' undesirables, until soon enough everyone is undesirable and therefore deserves a cyanide chip.

gotta think ahead because the powerful always abuse the rest of us, and this is the ultimate tool of abuse.
