Fallout from Israel's brutal attack. Lies, censorship, kidnapping & secrecy

The heavy hand of Israeli censorship showed itself in the video clip I posted yesterday.
Where the reporter, while trying to cover the events of the attack on the ship, was reporting that the IDF was attempting to dismantle the means of communications for the ships.
For anyone who believes this is anything else but an attempt by Israel to cover up their horrendous actions on that boat, wake up!

One journalist beats Israeli censorship on the Gaza flotilla attack

It was difficult, if not impossible, for journalists to report freely on the attack by Israeli forces on the aid ships attempting to break the Gaza blockade. But Al Jazeera's Jamal Elshayyal did manage to make this broadcast before communications were cut.

Another Al Jazeera correspondent, Abbas Nasser, reported in his last call to his TV station's headquarters in Qatar: "Hundreds of Israeli soldiers attacked the flotilla and the captain of our boat is seriously injured."

Press watchdogs have condemned the arrests of several journalists and the censorship. Two journalists from Australia's Sydney Morning Herald - reporter Paul McGeough and photographer Kate Geraghty – were detained after being "transported"(kidnapped) to the Israeli port of Ashdod.

Two Bulgarian journalists working for the BTV television station - reporter Svetoslav Ivanov and cameraman Valentin Vassilev - were also arrested during the assault.

Reporters Without Borders issued a statement saying: "We deplore this assault... The journalists who were on the flotilla to cover the humanitarian operation were put in harm's way by this disproportionate reaction.

I want to briefly write on the main stream media coverage, I mean propaganda, I saw last night.

Lie number 1- First, reporting Hamas "seized control" of Gaza.

Lie number 2-Reporting that the Captain of the Ship told the passengers to "give up their resistance" and go below. As was reported by Jamal Elshayyal, the captain said the ship had been taken over by the IDF and for everyone on the deck to go below.

Lie number 3. IDF troops were armed with "paint ball guns". Seriously, you cannot make this shit up. Were the paint ball guns, filled with paint balls? The Israeli ambassador to the US made this claim last night on the McNeil Lehrer new hour PBS. Listen hear for the lie .

Lie number 4: Israel did not fire first.
Rewatch the video from yesterday. See the wounded before the boat is boarded, see the blood, hear the shots.

I can go on, but, you get the idea right?

Some of the latest-

A former U.S. ambassador, Edward Peck, 81, of Chevy Chase, Md. who was aboard a Gaza aid ship seized by Israeli commandos is on his way home, his wife said Monday evening.

Israel is holding more then 600 humanitarian activists behind bars

Ynet is reporting that two more ships are still heading to Gaza

Organizers of flotilla say Irish 'Rachel Corrie', American ship await news on those killed in raid

Jerusalem Post headline 'Next time we'll use more force'

Navy prepares for expected arrival of 2 more activist ships.

Adam Shapiro from the Free Gaza Movement

He makes an excellent point about the absolute absurdity in the claims that the humanitarian activists "planned' to attack the IDF.
As he says, given the arms and weapons the IDF soldiers have access to, this claim is preposterous.

  1. I guess these must be the GOOD JEWS we are always hearing about, yuh know when they spout off about how they aren't ALL bad.

  2. Hey Silverfish;
    a rather disgusting display.

I guess when you believe you are 'god's chosen' acting in any ruthless/murderous manner is 'justified'?
