US & Israel secretly negotiate 'leasing' Palestinian land?!

This news story from today is just too much!
Israel and the US SECRETLY discuss land lease?
Gee shouldn't Palestinians be involved? One would think?
But then this is in the West Bank, 'governed' (actually a dictatorship) by US/Israel puppet government Fatah.
The land lease is a gift to Israel, they won't pay the Palestinians one penny. This is a cover for the land thievery that Israel is notorious for. This claim of leasing the land is to legitimize the theft.

Here are the facts-
-Israel is holding secret negotiations with the US
-One option being discussed, negotiated or decided upon is that Israel may 'lease lands' in East Jerusalem from the Palestinians in exchange for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
Not surprisingly the Palestinian Authority apparently has only recently been made aware of the talks and hasn't been given the details of the proposal.
The "leases" will run as long as 99 years
According to reports, this initiative is American, not Israeli????

This type of option was previously discussed, but, clearly went nowhere.
At that time the length of the "lease" was 6-9 years, not 99.

Israel and the Palestinians discussed the option of leasing land in talks at Taba in 2001, but they discussed leasing for 6-9 years, and not 99.

Meanwhile, in just the past week, religiously crazed terrorists, fanatical adherents of Judaism have destroyed hundreds of Olive trees belonging to Palestinians.

Jewish settlers destroy 200 olive trees in Nablus
Israeli settlers set fire to more than 2,500 olive trees in Burin

Israeli settlers set fire to more than 2,500 olive trees in BurinIsraeli soldiers watched the settlers burn the olive groves, making no arrests...of the settlers that is.
But did take the time to arrest a Palestinian who attempted to
put the fires out.

The Palestinian people" called on the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank to fulfill their duty to protect citizens and provide security and safety to the public, and to stop engaging in security coordination with Israel as it will only result in more settler attacks."

The settlers, as if burning the olive groves weren't bad enough, also set fire to a Palestinian school.

Vandals set fire to a storage room in a West Bank Palestinian girls school early Wednesday morning and scrawled a Hebrew message on a nearby wall: “Greetings from the hilltops.”

Palestinians have accused a group of young settlers, known as the Hilltop Youth, of setting the fire to the room, which had been stacked with furniture. (Well they did leave their calling card, didn't they?)

This was the second arson attack this month, two weeks ago, the hilltop terrorists entered a mosque the Palestinian village of Beit Fajar in the Gush Etzion Region and set fire to a mosque and to copies of the Koran. The blaze damaged the mosque but did not destroy it.

The vandals also scrawled Hebrew graffiti on the mosque wall which stated “Revenge” and “Price Tag.”

What is the meaning of the term "price tag"

Extremist settlers (fanatical terrorists) have in the last few years instituted a “price tag” policy in which they damage Palestinian property to protest actions by Israeli Security Forces.

At about the same time as the arson attack, the IDF demolished several structures built illegally in an outpost near the settlement of Bat Ayin.

“There has been a clear escalation in recent months in the level of settler violence against Palestinians,” a senior IDF officer said on Wednesday.

The settlers attack the Palestinians, their homes, their lives, their schools because they can.

Tony Blair, limiting the press and espousing eugenics?

Tony Blair was interviewed in Macleans magazine, Sept/2010.

The question:

You've written extensively about the way the media treated you and you call for a debate about their role. What sort of limits would you like to see placed on the press?

His response. His very curious response.

It's not so much a question of limits, but I think this is a very important debate in all countries. There are two outstanding issues in democratic politics these days.
One is the relationship with the media, which is now 24/7 and operates with a completely different intensity then even 15 or 20 years ago. How do we have a proper conversation between leaders and countries when it is moderated sometimes in very partisan and inflammatory ways?
(advocating censorship of alternative opinions?)

Then he throws this in!

And the second thing is the effectiveness of our democracy. How do we get the right gene and talent pool in politics? There are big questions about the sort of skills you need in modern government today. You put politicians in charge of billions of dollars with absolutely no training and very little support system around them. It is an extraordinary thing.
The right gene pool in politics?

As if this dolt had the "right genes"?

I found this answer both odd and chilling in what Tony Blair was implying. You?

Dollars for Doctors & the FDA's cozy relationship

I often post on the cozy relationships between doctors, drug companies and the FDA.

This is not unique to the US. As we saw with the swine flu hysteria, the UN & governments world-wide, made decisions that benefited big pharmaceutical corporations. I won't rehash that news at this time. I will however, give you some of the latest news on this cozy relationship. Which benefits and enriches doctors & big pharma, but, not you.
You may have drugs pushed on you that are most definitely NOT to your benefit.
But very profitable. One that comes to mind have been the always questionable, but highly profitable statins. One specifically called Vytorin; Marketing triumphs science

More than 17,000 doctors and other health care providers have taken money from seven major drug companies to talk to other doctors about their products.

More than 380 of the doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals took in more than $100,000 in 2009 and 2010.

"Tens of thousands of U.S. physicians are paid to spread the word about pharma's favored pills and to advise the companies about research and marketing," the group says in its report, available at
The groups used information from seven drugmakers -- AstraZeneca, Cephalon, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson,( I am highlighting J & J because the next story will be about them specifically) Eli Lilly, Merck and Pfizer.
"Some of the companies were forced to disclose this information as a result of legal settlements; others released it voluntarily," Consumer Reports said. More than 70 other pharmaceutical companies have not disclosed payments made to doctors.
Kinda makes you wonder... when the doctor is writing that prescription for you are you really the beneficiary? Is this for your health? Or was he/she paid to do so, for the benefit of big pharma?
Now let's take a look at Johnson & Johnson-

Johnson & Johnson CEO William Weldon delivered both a mea culpa and clear admission to lawmakers Thursday that his company let the public down through numerous recent drug recalls.

He also admitted that the company secretly bought up defective drugs without informing regulators and consumers of its actions.

Johnson & Johnson's McNeil recalled more than 135 million units of children's Tylenol, Benadryl and Motrin medicines in April, 2010 for possible bacterial contamination and the presence of small metal parts.

In May, McNeil shuttered its Fort Washington, PA plant. However, prior FDA inspection reports of the Fort Washington facility that makes all of McNeil's non-prescription liquid pediatric medicines and some adult drugs, showed a disturbing history of violations at the plant that worsened over the years.

Where was the FDA? Why did they do nothing to address years of failures?

Towns said Thursday's testimony indicates some very serious problems in "both with the way Johnson & Johnson viewed its responsibility to the public and its day-to-day relationship with the FDA."

"There is often a thin line between "working cooperatively" and having a "cozy relationship," he said. "The documents we have seen in this case indicate this line may have been crossed early and often."

The FDA and Johnston & Johnston, crossing the line in a "cozy relationship"

Psychiatric manual labels free thinkers, non-conformists as mentally ill

Oppositional Defiant Disorder, is the name. This article is quite interesting and quite an eye opener!

The author of this piece is Brian Hill, and he writes....

It is now confirmed by USWGO News that the DSM-IV-TR Manual labels free thinkers, non conformers, civil disobedient advocates, those that question authority, and people considered hostile toward the government (aka Oath keepers and local militias) as mentally ill with the illness titled “oppositional defiant disorder” or ODD.

First reported by OffTheGrid News October 08/2010, anybody who is disobedient, defiant, a free thinker, or even considered hostile toward authority was to be labeled by psychiatrists as ‘Mentally Ill’.

Now I have got my hands on a ebook version of the year 2000 version of the ‘Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition (Text Revision) By the American Psychiatric Association version DSM-TV-TR (The non TR Version was said to be older and so I got the newer one which had the information that Off The Grid News warned about).

Now as I search up the keywords “oppositional defiant disorder” on adobe reader I found exactly what Off The Grid News was talking about. So it is now Confirmed basically that anyone who disobeys authority or even questions authority is now considered mentally ill and can be thrown in a prison-like mental institution under tax payers dollars.

You have just got to read this definition of Oppositional Defiant Disorder!

The essential feature of Oppositional Defiant Disorder is a recurrent pattern of negativistic, defiant, disobedient. and hostile behavior toward authority figures that persists for at least 6 months

Wow, how many people do you know that fit that description?

The author gives this example- A student gives out 9/11 truth fliers and a teacher says “You don’t have a Constitutional right to give out fliers good buddy” then non compliance is considered hostile or disobedient.

Another excerpt from the Psychiatric manual-

Negativistic and defiant behaviors are expressed by persistent Stubbornness, resis·
tance to directions, and unwillingness to compromise, give in, or negotiate with
adults or peers. Defiance may also include deliberate or persistent testing of limits,
usually by ignoring orders, arguing, and failing to accept blame for misdeeds.

The author presents this scenario as an example of defiance, unwillingness to cooperate, GIVE IN, or negotiate.

It is okay to compromise with those that commit treason to this country and those that disobey their Oath to the Constitution. The day we start accepting and compromising with those that wish to take away our freedoms then that is the path to start losing all of our freedoms and rights for good. Also this manual speaks against any anti-social behavior so that means that if your not in a organized religion, not being social enough in society, and may have viewpoints that are unpopular then you will also be labeled as having ODD.

How is defiance defined?

Defiance may also include deliberate or persistent testing of limits,
usually by ignoring orders, arguing, and failing to accept blame for misdeeds.
An example of defiance, note, this is an ethical stand but a defiant one

So if I was a active duty soldier and was told to confiscate peoples guns, assassinate American citizens, and start silencing dissent and I refuse those orders plus argue with the commander in chief regarding the illegal orders then that makes me mentally ill and the Unconstitutional treasonous monsters the heros.

See below the pages that the author of this piece is quoting from

3 Pages of the eBook of 'Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition'

Free thinkers and non-conformist beware.
Perhaps that description fits someone you know? Maybe even yourself?
Do you question authority?
Personally, if you don't you are the one with the mental health issues regardless of how the psychiatric manual wants to spin this crap.
It is the free thinkers and revolutionary thinkers that shape and move society to change.
It is free and or revolutionary thinkers that invent new products, create artwork, write music.
If you can't produce an original thought, or think for yourself, this world is in serious trouble.

Irony abounds on human rights in US and Canada

A follow up to yesterday's post Omar Khadr plea deal reached. Spares the Obama administration embarrassement before elections.
Excerpts from a piece entitled: Irony abounds on human rights in Canada, U.S.

Just days after bragging that it was his government's principled stands that Canada primarily lost its bid for the Security Council, Mr Harper demonstrates a complete lack of said "principals".

His so called "Principled stand", what is that? Does he mean his catering to Israel and stomping all over the Palestinians human rights? Principled stand! Sheesh. But, as full of baloney as PM Harper is, the Foreign Minister Lawrence Cannon sinks to all time lows as he "trotted out the list of crimes admitted to by Guantanamo prisoner Omar Khadr".

All the better to fool you with, via the main stream media.

According to international observers and his own lawyers, Mr. Khadr had little choice but to plead guilty to five charges -- including murder in violation of the law of war, supporting terrorism, and spying -- if he was to avoid an almost certain life sentence.

Why would a young man, now incarcerated for a third of his life be left with no choice?

The obvious answer is - The system was gamed against him.(thanks slozo)

The U.S. system is so terribly flawed that the White House had to change its definition of the charges against Khadr, so that CIA operatives now fighting an unconventional war in the States and abroad would be excluded.

I will repeat the White house had to change the definition of charges against Khadr so they would not be applied to covert CIA operatives. You see, in amongst the charges against Khadr was one that went like this- he was a foreigner fighting in Afghanistan and not in uniform.

"The Obama White House had to rewrite the rules of engagement to exempt the U.S. operatives from the very rules it was using to convict the Canadian."

Ironic? Unjust?

Sure it is because CIA operatives are not only working on the ground and out of uniform in Afghanistan and Pakistan, but they are also launching remote deadly Predator drone attacks.

Another problem- the Canadian government's persistent refusal to demand his repatriation meant there was no place for Mr. Khadr to turn. Although he has consistently maintained his innocence to the crimes for which there is almost no evidence of his guilt, Mr. Khadr would have faced a life sentence dictated by a military tribunal of questionable validity.

While the author of this piece calls this ironic. I call it a double standard. An injustice.

For the US:

It is a deep irony that a country would continue to bill itself as a defender of democracy after it tortures and tries a child soldier, and then forces him under threat of life in prison to admit that, because he was an "alien, unprivileged, enemy belligerent," he's unqualified to defend himself in a battle and is thus guilty of "murder in violation of the laws of war."

For Canada:

To have a prime minister and foreign minister who so recently accused the majority of the world of lacking their principles should consider it a victory that Mr. Khadr was cornered into taking a plea bargain instead of facing a fair and open trial as did his co-accused from countries such as Australia and Britain.

"All in all, Monday was a sorry day for democracy in North America."

Monday was a sorry day for democracy, for freedom, human rights and real justice.

Omar Khadr plea deal reached. Spares the Obama administration embarrassement before elections.

Omar Khadr takes the plea deal. I have a number of posts on Khadr so I want to say this..

While I can understand after all this time of incarceration, torture & mind control the desire to extract oneself from this horrid situation. Also being fully aware I am not in Omar Khadr shoes, he just did the US government the biggest favour they could have ever asked for.
And not just the US government as a whole, the Obama administration benefited prior to an election this was also a gift to the Harper government in Canada. Sparing them before a possible election from the ugly face that would have been exposed, the face of complicity in the torture and abuse of a child.
An ugly face for all to see that left a Canadian citizen to rot and be tortured. Something no other government in the world had done.

I had Omar Khadr's Guantanamo interrogation tape posted, the link is there

There was also this news that a Soldiers report and photo cast doubt on Khadr's guilt

A U.S. soldier reported that he accidentally stepped on Omar Khadr following a firefight in Afghanistan because Khadr was covered in rubble, casting doubt on whether the 15-year-old Canadian could have thrown the grenade that fatally wounded Delta Force soldier Christopher Speer.

Identified only as "Soldier # 2," it's expected he will testify that he "inadvertently stood on top of (Khadr) and thought he was standing on a 'trap door' because the ground did not seem solid," a motion submitted to the court states.

The soldier then "bent down to move the brush away to see what was beneath him and discovered that he was standing on a person; and that Mr. Khadr appeared to be 'acting dead,' " the motion continued.

Khadr's defence team told a military judge here Friday that this soldier's testimony will be key at trial because it proves the Toronto-born captive could not have thrown the grenade

What makes the evidence even more compelling is there is a photo, an actual photo of Khadr buried under the rubble

A photo of Khadr buried under the rubble!

Then this post: Omar Khadr - A Canadian Citizen tried in a US Kangaroo Court

Or CSIS slammed for the handling of Khadr

A U.S. military commander modified a report on a firefight in Afghanistan to pin the blame for a U.S. soldier's death on Omar Khadr, a defence lawyer alleged Thursday.

Khadr tortured in Afghanistan:

Khadr's interrogators included members of a unit implicated in the December 2002 beating deaths of two Afghan detainees, named Dilawar and Habibullah, Kuebler said.

"We learned today that those interrogations were conducted by members of the military intelligence unit whose members were implicated in numerous allegations of detainee abuse in Bagram, and in fact the deaths of two detainees," Kuebler told CTV Newsnet from Guantanamo Bay.

"As we now know, contrary to what the administration has been saying for years, there is no eyewitness who can say Omar Khadr threw a hand grenade at anybody," Edney said from Edmonton.

He couldn't have thrown the hand grenade if he was buried under rubble.

Still the Canadian government let the child Omar Khadr age 15, rot in Afghanistan, then at Guantanamo.

Khadr was interrogated in a coercive manner, refresh you memory on the true value of a coerced confession, here. What real value in coerced confession ?
Watch that video, of the child, who confesses to the murder of his sister, thanks to the coercive methods used by interrogators. Watch it and really think about what these techniques do to the mind. How these coercive techniques cause confusion, fear and disorientation. Then picture 15 year old Khadr, shot, three bullets, beaten, used as a mop being coerced into a confession.

Now that I have refreshed your memory, as well as my own back to today's news.
A plea deal was reached, Khadr plead guilty to all charges in exchange for freedom, the ability to return to the country of his birth? No details. But this much is obvious.
He spared the governments of two countries much embarrassment.
Neither nation deserved to be spared.

A young Canadian terrorism suspect accepted a plea deal Monday that will make him eligible to leave Guantanamo Bay prison in a year, sparing the Obama administration the spectacle of putting the first child soldier on trial for war crimes in modern times.

Officials of the controversial military commission kept secret the length of the sentence agreed to for Omar Ahmed Khadr, who was 15 when he was captured in Afghanistan

The plea deal spares the U.S. government the need to try Khadr for the crimes he is alleged to have committed
Hilary Clinton Intervened in boy soldier plea deal

Hillary Clinton aimed at resolving a case that was becoming an embarrassment for the Obama administration. (A child, no evidence....)

In a statement last summer, a top United Nations official had condemned the prosecution of Khadr, which began under President George W. Bush but continued under Obama, saying that “child soldiers … must be treated as victims” not war criminals.
“You don’t want to make Khadr the poster child for military commissions”
Can't have that, a child, lack of evidence, or fabricated evidence like Pat Tillman?

The Canadian Foreign Ministry has no comment, saying only the matter is between Omar Khadr and the US government"

"This matter is between Mr. Khadr and the U.S. government, and we will not have further comment on this today."

To all the Canadians that read this, keep this thought in mind.
Your government will hang you out to dry should unsubstantiated charges be laid against you by another country. Should you be subjected to abuse and torture. Even if you are a child. Sold down the river.

Cults leaders and followers: Abuse and Sacrifice

Let's call this post the CULT post. Because lately we seem to have alot of cult related persons and activity popping up in the news.

If you have followed Dave McGowan's Laurel Canyon series, or know anything about the MKULTRA program you would by now have the definite impression that cults are linked to mind control experimentation, very likely funded by governments.

Think Jim Jones. His little experiment in the jungle had, in my opinion, all the hallmarks of some governmental operation. Covert. Black-op. Call it what you will?

Greg @ Goon Squad had an interesting post up about Julian Assange of wikileaks fame and his early cult days. "Village of the Damned," meet Julian Assange
(read it all at link )
Anne Hamilton-Byrne acquired fourteen infants and young children between about 1968 and 1975.(Assange was born in 1971) Some were the natural children of Santiniketan members, others had been obtained through irregular adoptions arranged by lawyers, doctors and social workers within the group who could bypass the normal processes.

The children were frequently dosed with the psychiatric drugs Anatensol, Diazepam, Haloperidol, Largactil, Mogadon, Serepax, Stelazine, Tegretol or Tofranil. On reaching adolescence they were compelled to undergo an initiation involving LSD: while under the influence of the drug the child would be left in a dark room, alone apart from visits by Hamilton-Byrne or one of the psychiatrists from the group.

That is one interesting background there Mr Assange.
Makes me wonder how it is, this child of an Australian cult is gaining access to Pentagon documents? How, where or when did he make the necessary connections?

Speaking of Cults or cult leaders in the employ of governments???
Here is another curious story.
Leader of cult works as psychologist in Queensland, paid for by the government.
Is this appropriate? Is this an ongoing mind control experiment funded by the government under the guise of helping?

A WOMAN accused of leading a cult that has damaged the lives of scores of people is working as a psychologist with vulnerable patients at a community mental health service in Queensland

Natasha Lakaev’s Universal Knowledge organisation was offering courses until last year that prophesied the world would end in December 2012 and almost everyone except her devotees would die.

Ms Lakaev has faced criticism for more than a decade about the extreme practices on her courses, and accusations that she was a practitioner of ‘‘coercive persuasion’’ or mind control techniques. Oh, and she was physically violent.

‘A large proportion of her clients are often initially highly unstable with disorders such as schizophrenia, delusional disorders, major depression, major anxiety and personality disorders,’’ the letter said. ‘‘Forensic clients with homicidal backgrounds are also present on the clinic client list.’’

A mind control cult leader, counseling people with a propensity to commit murder? That seems a rather odd way to help people? If the intention truly is to help.

Reading about persons in these types of positions. Positions of authority over vulnerable people makes me think back to the Rotenburg Center and Dr Israel. Dr Israel had a rather strange inspiration a CIA connected and funded inspiration BF Skinner, and his Operant Conditioning

Cults and their adherents or leaders show up in the oddest places. Dr. Israel's patients are kept in Rotenberg at taxpayer expense, a very large expense. The "treatments" he gives his patients reminds one of the mkultra experimentation done in orphanages and mental institutions and hospitals (Dr. Ewan Cameron). Again under the guise of 'helping'. Like the cult leader in Australia.

And one more creepy cult story-

Dozens of headless animals dumped in Miami neighborhood; residents, police suspect ritual sacrifice

Dozens of butchered animals strewn across two bloody blocks outside their homes on Thursday morning. Decapitated goats, cats, chickens and other unidentified animals were dumped on the street

Police believe the animals may have been part of a ritual sacrifice linked to the religion Santeria, the Miami New Times reported. The religion is practiced throughout Florida and its followers often practice animal sacrifice, according to local reports.

Apologies just one more...
According to the news story above Santeria is practiced throughout Florida. Well how about in California? Or is it something or someone else?

Human hearts with couples' photos pinned to them found in Colma cemetery
A maintenance worker's macabre discovery has sparked a police investigation into the identities of two couples whose photos were found pinned to human hearts and buried at a cemetery.

The worker was in an isolated part of the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery on Oct. 12 when he spotted the tops of two jars sticking out of the ground (were they left that way to make the find easier?) and knelt down to take a closer look, said Colma police Cmdr. Jon Read.

He pulled one of the jars from the dirt, saw what was in it, and then he called Colma police.

Police opened up one jar and found a human heart with the photo of a young man and woman pinned to it.

Nearby there was a second jar with the same contents, but bearing a photo of a different young man and woman.

The San Mateo County coroner's preliminary investigation shows the hearts contain embalming fluid and likely come from dead bodies.

"The investigation appears to lean toward some kind of ritual involving Santeria,"

However two Santeria experts have a different opinion.

Two experts on the religion say otherwise. They said it is unlikely that the hearts were buried by people practicing Santeria, because the faith does not call for human organs to be used in rituals.

"I would be totally shocked if it was related to Santeria or Voodoo," said Miguel De La Torre, a professor at Iliff Divinity School in Denver. "If it is connected to Santeria it would be by people who don't know what they are doing."

What's that saying about fact being stranger then fiction?

MERS, Fraudulent documentation and Foreclosuregate

I have been mulling over the idea of doing a post on the latest banksters scandal, Foreclosuregate!

But, where to begin?

I knew Ellen Brown had done a good piece on it. This most excellent interview with Ellen Brown had brought her article to my attention The Progressive Radio News Hour - 10/09/10

Then AP blogger @ Twelfth Bough also did a great post on subject called banks piss on the third rail.
She includes the Ellen Brown article in her post.

Still I hemmed and hawed...

The whole thing is complex and I would like to keep it simple. So I chose to go with a focal point.
At the heart of the whole mortgage mess is MERS. What is MERS? Who is MERS?
Understanding this helps a lot to understand the fraudulent mortgage fiasco in the US.

At the center of the foreclosure fraud crisis lies something called "MERS," which is usually described in news reports as a computer system and database.
However MERS is much more then a computer system or a database, as innocuous sounding as that is.

MERS is a nebulous, database-driven entity created by the mortgage industry. let lenders swap mortgages electronically without being slowed down by inconvenient (?) courtroom rules. MERS is "Digital Life" for mortgages, an electronic shell game that makes it hard to track the real party behind a loan. It's designed to

The company's own publicly available documents paint the picture of a legal shapeshifter that appears before the court as the lender and title holder, then morphs itself into a mere service organization when it's time to take responsibility.

MERS is a subsidiary of "MERSCORP".
MERSCORP is an entity created entirely by the mortgage industry.

Why did the mortgage industry create MERS? What was the benefit to them to create and use MER's? I'll bet you can imagine, the reasoning is quite self-serving? And you would be correct!
In their own words-

No recording or re-recording of assignments. No follow up with investors. No chain of title issues.

In other words the banksters created a free ride for themselves! They gamed the system for their benefit!

As for "ease of delivery into secondary markets" -- that is, the bundling and re-selling of mortgages -- there's no question that MERS has enabled that. MERS provides the chips for the housing market casino.

Completely self-serving!

There are at least two ways "MERS Inc." (that synthetic company that's a MERSCORP "subsidiary" becomes the mock holder of a loan, but the preferred way is to have lenders employ a "MOM" arrangement. MOM stands for "MERS as Original Mortgagee."

An explanation of MOM-

In order to obtain their home loan, the lender demands that the borrower -- that's you, Mr. and Mrs. Homeowning American -- "mortgages, grants, and conveys" their property to the vague "MERS Inc." The homeowners agree that MERS "holds legal title" and has the authority to exercise all mortgagee rights, "including foreclosure."

So, MERS really does own your home? Nope!

MERS can't own your home, or the note for your home.
Because as MERS states themselves, they are not, NOT a system of legal record nor a replacement for public records.
MERS is merely a handy, dandy transfer system, no tracking required.

I will stop here, on the subject of what and who is behind MERS.Read the rest of the article linked above. Check out twelfth bough's post, read Ellen Brown's article and listen to the interview.

To my understanding, from MERS emanates the need for the all the fraudulent documents.
Since MERS cannot own your home, they have no legal right to foreclose, so the creation of fraudulent documents became a necessity.

If I am mistaken, feel free to express your opinion.

Connecting the dots from TAPI and IPI pipelines through Afghanistan,9/11, Israeli approved US/Saudi arms deal to Iran attack

What a tough piece to title!!!

Interesting article, cobbled together from some newly released documents-

Documents, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and recently posted on the website of the George Washington University National Security Archive

Seems relevant for a number of reasons, the latest unverified audio visitation from the Ozombie Laden and the war on Pakistan, being just two of them.

To refresh your memory for some of the info in this post you may want to go back here, to talk of UNOCAL and pipelines. Or click on the Pakistan label at the bottom though I suspect, if you have been following along, you may not need to refresh, still, it can't hurt.

Now onto the latest article:

One of the recently released State Department documents, from March 2000, notes that a proposed "gas pipeline from Turkmenistan through Afghanistan to Multan, Pakistan figured prominently in discussions” about the mutual goal between the U.S. and regional players of stabilizing Afghanistan.

I believe this pipeline was initially called TAP, but then became TAPI, when the plans were made to extend it to India. I had this map up previously, and it seems a good time to bring it back. From Turkmenistan, through Afghanistan, we can see Multan, Pakistan and then the extension through to Pakistan.

This was not the only prominently discussed pipeline post 9/11.

Discussions on another proposed pipeline from Iran to India via Pakistan had also been proposed, that were “more advanced”, and the Pakistanis had gone to Tehran to meet with Iranian officials “to pursue these negotiations”.

So a pipeline was in the works, more advanced ( in planning?) even then TAPI, emanating from Iran, through Pakistan and onto India?

Now, looking at that map, I am reminded of this bit of news. From today, the US is announcing a massive arms sale to Saudi Arabia! All the better to launch an attack on Iran with.

The proposed deal — one of the biggest single U.S. arms sales — is clearly aimed at countering Iran's rising military might and efforts to expand its influence.

You think Israel would be against this, but, no. According to this article the US sought Israel's approval before going through with the deal.

The US says it has sought Israel's approval before agreeing to a massive arms sale to Saudi Arabia which is to become the largest US arms deal in history.
So, Saudi Arabia is, as usual fully subservient to their Washington and Israeli masters.
Hence their warning to France about imminent terror attacks earlier this week?
And their massive arms purchase!!!

Let's get back to these recently released documents! An interesting statement from OBL made way back. Osama always denied any involvement with the 9/11 attacks. I will not spend too much time on the fact the Taliban attempted numerous times to give the man to the US. That is addressed in the article. The US didn't want him. It was all a ruse. They knew where he was, because he was always in their corner.

Here is what Osama said on September 16/01:

“Following the latest explosions in the United States, some Americans are pointing the finger at me, but I deny that because I have not done it…. Reiterating once again, I say that I have not done it….”

Then just 12 days later Osama makes this statement:

“I have already said that I am not involved in the 11 September attacks in the United States. As a Muslim, I try my best to avoid telling a lie. Neither I had any knowledge of these attacks nor I consider the killing of innocent women, children, and other humans as an appreciable act. Islam strictly forbids causing harm to innocent women, children, and other people…. Whoever committed the act of 11 September are not the friends of the American people. I have already said that we are against the American system, not against its people, whereas in these attacks, the common American people have been killed.”

He went on to suggest that the attacks were an inside job:

“Then there are intelligence agencies in the US, which require billions of dollars worth of funds from the Congress and the government every year. This [funding issue] was not a big problem till the existence of the former Soviet Union but after that the budget of these agencies has been in danger. They needed an enemy. So, they first started propaganda against Usama and Taliban and then this incident happened…. What is this? Is it not that there exists a government within the government in the United States? That secret government must be asked as to who made the attacks.”[23]

Of course Osama Bin Laden would understand well the "secret government within the government" concept. Since it was the one that had nurtured him so well.

Zbigniew Brzezinski & Osama Bin Laden

Cui bono?

Bin Laden was correct in his observation that U.S. policymakers perceived the need for an external enemy in order to pursue their policy goals. Without such a threat, the goal of many after the end of the Cold War not only to maintain U.S. military expenditures, but to effect a “transformation” of the military into a force for U.S. global hegemony, could not be realized.

Quite simply, with the old USSR boogey man gone, it was the US and her allies that benefited the most from creating a new scary monster and hammering the bogus story home. Repeatedly. To catapult the propaganda.

The neoconservative think tank The Project for a New American Century (PNAC), acknowledged this in its September 2000 manifesto “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces, and Resources for a New Century”, which argued the case for maintaining U.S. preeminence and global hegemony, and to “extend the current Pax Americana” through a buildup of the military. But this “process of transformation” was “likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event—like a new Pearl Harbor.”[24]

Was it just PNAC putting forth the requirement for a new Pax Americana and a catalyzing event, a new Pearl Harbor?
If only.

This assessment echoed that of Andrew Krepinevich, Executive Director of the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, in testimony before the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities on March 5, 1999.

“There appears to be a general agreement concerning the need to transform the U.S. military into a significantly different kind of force from that which emerged victorious from the Cold and Gulf Wars,” he noted that “this verbal support has not been translated into a defense program supporting transformation.”

He stated further that
“While there is growing support in Congress for transformation the ‘critical mass’ needed to affect it has not yet been achieved.” In conclusion, he said, “in the absence of a strong external shock to the United States—a latter-day ‘Pearl Harbor’ of sorts—surmounting the barriers to transformation will likely prove a long, arduous process.”
Along comes 9/11, blame Bin Laden and the Taliban. Invade Afghanistan, get those pipeline plans a rollin'. Expand the wars from there, as we have seen in the attack on Iraq, Pakistan, and soon Iran. To control resources. To cut off other nations. To control land, people, finances, resources, enrich bankers, etc., etc. Who benefited?

Now to end off this rather lengthy post, some food for thought.

-To this day, the attacks of 9/11 are not listed as being among the crimes for which Osama bin Laden is wanted by the FBI, because there is not enough evidence against him to bring an indictment against him in a court of law

-The U.S. never produced the white paper it promised that was to present the evidence against bin Laden in making its case for war

-The British government did present a paper Tony Blair insisted demonstrated his guilt. Yet “Downing Street acknowledged that the 21-page dossier did not amount to a prosecutable case against bin Laden in a court of law.”

The papers used by Tony Blair at Downing Street (the bogus Downing Street memos) were short on truth and long on propaganda, but, nonetheless Blair saw fit to use them to wage war.

The threshold of evidence required for waging a war is apparently much lower than that to issue an indictment in a court of law.

Infants and antibiotics triggering increased asthma and allergies

One more, a follow up to this post about antibiotics causing long term damage to your immunity, leaving you more susceptible to disease.

How about asthma? How about allergies? Their is an epidemic of asthma amongst youth. Could antibiotic usage be contributing to it? (Note: no mention of antibiotics in factory farming in any articles)

Canadian medical researchers are conducting a 2.5-million-dollar study to answer whether giving infants antibiotics in their first year of life triggers and allergies that develop later on in childhood.

More than 50 percent of Canadian infants receive a prescription for antibiotics before they turn one year old, reports Discovery News .

The researchers are intrigued by microbiota. Considered to be 'good' intestinal bacteria, microbiota protect against harmful bacteria and help the body absorb nutrients.
If the antibiotics destroy the good bacteria which is vital for strong immunity, this could lead to an increase in diseases such as asthma and allergies.
One researcher says-

"We've known that asthma rates and allergy rates have been on the rise over the last 40 years, and we have had difficulty trying to figure out what it is in our environment that has influenced that, I think we are all just tired of seeing these rates rise and not being able to explain why." Explains Dr. Piush Mandhane, one of the researchers on the project.

Of course it would be good if they looked at the poor quality of food, air pollution etc.,
Perhaps that is to broad for this study, but, it might paint a more complete picture.

This year's flu vaccines to target 50 and up.

Recall last years swine flu hysteria? Relentless. Last year the push was on to vaccinate young children, not adults.

For some reason the people in power, promoting the vaccines, insisted children were more susceptible the adults. It was kids that were getting the swine flu, it was kids that were dying from swine flu. Anyone recall Evan Frustaglio ??

Apparently adults were not getting swine flu because they had lived through a flu strain in the '70's and had the necessary antibodies to fight this so called 'deadly flu pandemic '. You can refresh you memory with this news from June/09. I am sure I broached this subject in one of the many, many posts I had done on last years swine flu hysteria. If you have a lot of time, read here.

This year the flu spin has changed. Seriously, I question, do the people in power in cahoots with the pharmaceutical industry just make this stuff up as they go along? It seems so?
For this to work out for health officials and big pharma they have to count on you having an extremely short memory.

So I am here to refresh your memory. Last year if you were 45 to say.... 65, you didn't need the H1N1 vaccine. You had the antibodies. This year? You don't

Most Canadians 50 lack antibodies to fight H1N1: study

Many Canadians over age 50 are still vulnerable to the virus and should get a flu shot, researchers say.

Exactly opposite what was being claimed last year.

Question? Is this all just a guessing game?

Google's street view mapped more then just addresses

Canada's privacy commissioner said Tuesday Google broke Canadian privacy laws.
But of course the privacy commissioner says it was "accidental".
Accidental?! Bullocks.

An investigation by Privacy Commissioner Jennifer Stoddart's office found complete emails, addresses, usernames and passwords. Even a list that provided the names of people suffering from certain medical conditions was collected.

Stoddart said thousands of Canadians were likely affected by what amounted to a careless error on the part of an engineer.

According to the investigation, the code the engineer wrote to map wireless Internet signals also allowed for the capture of communications over unencrypted networks.

Wouldn't the engineer who wrote this code be aware of it's ability to capture communications over wi-fi networks? I would think so?

This is not the first time this issue has been raised.

A German data collector first raised concerns about the Wi-Fi mapping earlier this year, Google denied it was collecting anything other than what was publicly available.

So a German data collector, non-affiliated with Google, I presume raised concerns about this, but Google was unaware?? Going as far as denying there were doing so.
In response to Canada's privacy commissioners concerns Google maintains it had no intention to use the data and would keep it safe until all investigations are complete, then delete it.

My opinion, this was no mistake. If others could figure out what Google was doing, then Google knew exactly what information it was gathering. If it had no intention of keeping the data, why hang on to it until "investigations are complete". When will that be?

Just delete it now. Google caught with it's hands in your cookie jar.

Israeli scientists discover way to counterfeit DNA

With thanks to HHQ for sending this my way......
It is a bit of an older item, but, still deserving of a read. After reading, one must think about the ramifications of this news.
New York Times reports Israeli firm created blood and saliva samples containing DNA from a third party.

Israeli scientists have shown it is possible to fabricate DNA evidence, according to an article published in the New York Times on Tuesday. The findings could possibly call into question the credibility of DNA as evidence in criminal cases.

In their tests, the scientists fabricated blood and saliva samples that contained DNA taking from a different person. The article states that the scientists also could take a DNA profile in a database and use it to make a DNA sample to match the profile without needing any tissue from the person.

And governments are so hot to collect DNA and keep it on record? Why?
Just a smattering of reports indicate this is going on world-wide and it is not just criminals.

The dangers of growing DNA data bases
The practice of retaining genetic samples from people arrested for a crime but not convicted is growing in the U.S. It has serious human rights implications

India may soon have DNA database to crack crime

Both articles mention the big brother UK data base.

DNA data bases can already be subjected to hacking, as any other data base can be.
Or manipulation?
But, the fact that it can be counterfeited makes DNA bases redundant, and DNA as evidence for trials is not a sure thing.

Legal and civil rights experts quoted in the article say the test is troubling, in that it could mean more cases of fabricated DNA being used as evidence at crime scenes.

"DNA is a lot easier to plant at a crime scene than fingerprints," Simoncelli said. We're creating a criminal justice system that is increasingly relying on this technology."

Another question? How long has Israel been counterfeiting DNA?

Propaganda Alert ! Osama living in Pakistan and Terror attack in France

Anything to plant a seed in the public's mind that Pakistan is a problem....
Note the vagueness?

Osama Bin Laden, according to an unnamed NATO official is living in comfort, no less, in Pakistan.

The official, (unnamed, no idea of who this person is, what is his affiliation, nothing) who has access to sensitive intelligence( what is that, the toilet habits?) information, told CNN that Bin Laden was not holed up in a cave, but has been moving between houses in the Chitral district and the Kurram valley, which neighbours Tora Bora in Afghanistan, from which he fled in 2001.

The Pentagon, refused to confirm or deny the CNN report.

Just like all those unverified audio tapes?

Richard Holbrooke doesn't take this report seriously

"We hardly have a day that goes by where somebody doesn't say they know where Osama bin Laden is," said Holbrooke.

I can almost hear him chuckling...

France Warned of New Terror Threat

Saudi Arabia has warned France that Europe is at threat of an al-Qaida attack. A French official says his country in particular, is the target of an imminent attack.

Saudi Arabia????
Just in time to clamp down on the massive protests.

Half of wi-fi newtworks hacked in less then 5 seconds more. Think your wi-fi is secure? Think again. A public service announcement!

Half of wi-fi networks can be hacked in seconds

Nearly half of home wi-fi networks can be hacked in less than five seconds, according to a study carried out across UK cities.

In the ''ethical hacking'' experiment, researchers spent half an hour in each city using freely available software to use as many unsecured wireless connections as possible.

Almost a quarter of the private networks (9,249) had no password, despite 82% of Britons believing their network is secure.

But the study found even password-protected networks were not secure, with hackers able to breach a typical password in seconds.

The hackers were also able to ''harvest'' usernames and passwords at a rate of more than 350 an hour when sitting in town-centre coffee shops and restaurants.

CPP identity fraud expert Michael Lynch said: ''This report is a real eye-opener in highlighting how many of us have a cavalier attitude to wi-fi use, despite the very real dangers posed by unauthorised use.

''We urge all wi-fi users to remember that any information they volunteer through public networks can easily be visible to hackers. It's vital they remain vigilant, ensure their networks are secure and regularly monitor their credit reports and bank statements for unsolicited activity.''

Jason Hart, the hacker who carried out the experiments and the senior vice president of digital identity company CryptoCard, said: ''When people think of hackers they tend to think of highly organised criminal gangs using sophisticated techniques to crack networks.

''However, as this experiment demonstrates, all a hacker requires is a laptop computer and widely available software to target their victims.

''With the growth in the number of smartphones and wireless networks it has become far easier for hackers to crack usernames and passwords, allowing them access to emails, social networks, and online banking sites and even to assume the online identity of their victim.

You know that online banking that is so convenient for you? How convenient would it be if someone took less then 5 seconds to hack into your account?

New war plans: US Plans to seize Pakistan nuclear arsenal

I have been following the war on Pakistan for sometime now, but more closely the past four weeks. So this piece written by Rick Rozoff, was quite interesting to me, seems to summarize nicely everything I have covered lately. Reading through the article I see alot of the same names and incidents I had previously mentioned. (My one issue with this piece is there is no mention of Israeli involvement, why?) Still it's nice to know someone is noticing the war on Pakistan is in full swing.

American drone strikes and NATO helicopter attacks in that country may be the harbingers of far broader actions: Nothing less than the expansion of the West's war in Afghanistan into Pakistan with the ultimate goal of seizing the nation's nuclear weapons.

From American journalist Bob Woodward's recently released volume "Obama's Wars" which stated that during a trilateral summit between the presidents of the U.S., Afghanistan and Pakistan on May 6 of 2009 Pakistani head of state Asif Ali Zardari accused Washington of being behind Taliban attacks inside his country with the intent to use them so "the US could invade and seize its nuclear weapons."

Recall just this week the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) have just been arrested for plotting to kill the Pakistani Prime Minister..... as they killed his wife, Bhutto???

Zardari made these comments to none other then Zalmay Khalilzad, former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations (2007-2009), to Iraq (2005-2007) and Afghanistan (2003-2005).
OH yeah and former (?) UNOCAL man.

According to Woodward's account of the Pakistani president's accusations to Khalilzad in May of last year, "Zardari dropped his diplomatic guard. He suggested that one of...two countries was arranging the attacks by the Pakistani Taliban inside his country: India or the US. Zardari didn’t think India could be that clever, but the US could. [Afghan President Hamid] Karzai had told him the US was behind the attacks, confirming the claims made by the Pakistani ISI [Inter-Services Intelligence]." [2]

The account stated Zardari "could not explain the rapid expansion in violence otherwise. And the CIA had not pursued the leaders of the Pakistani Taliban, a group known as Tehrik-e-Taliban-e-Pakistan or TTP that had attacked the government. TTP was also blamed for the assassination of Zardari’s wife, Benazir Bhutto." (well isn't that interesting?)

In the Pakistani president's words: “We give you targets of Taliban people you don’t go after. You go after other areas. We’re puzzled."

When Khalilzad mentioned that U.S. drone attacks inside Pakistan "were primarily meant to hunt down members of al Qaeda and Afghan insurgents, not the Pakistan Taliban," Zardari responded by insisting “But the Taliban movement is tied to al by not attacking the targets recommended by Pakistan the US had revealed its support of the TTP. The CIA at one time had even worked with the group’s leader, Baitullah Mehsud," Zardari asserted. [3] (Three months later a CIA-directed drone strike killed Mehsud, his wife and several in-laws and bodyguards.) (Tying up the loose ends?)

Four days after the dinner exchange between Zardari and Khalilzad, the Pakistani president appeared on the May 10 edition of NBC's Meet the Press on a program which also included Afghan President Karzai and Steve Coll, now president and CEO of the New America Foundation and author of Ghost Wars: The Secret History of the CIA, Afghanistan, and Bin Laden, from the Soviet Invasion to September 10, 2001 (2004) and The Bin Ladens: An Arabian Family in the American Century (2008).

Zardari's comments to his American audience included the claim that the Taliban “was part of your past and our past, and the ISI and the CIA created them together. And I can find you 10 books and 10 philosophers and 10 write-ups on that...." [5]

That the leaders of the other two armed groups identified by McChrystal - Haqqani and Hekmatyar - were among the three Mujahedin leaders financed, armed and trained by the CIA (the late Ahmed Shah Massoud being the third), makes the pattern complete: Robert Gates the defense secretary is leading a war against forces that Robert Gates the deputy director of the CIA earlier supported through one of the Agency's longest and most expensive covert programs, Operation Cyclone.

The article even touches on the use of Jundallah to destabilise Iran

"[W]e have...been dragged into giving the US access to Balochistan from where it has been attempting to destabilise the Iranian regime through support for the terrorist group Jundullah

Pretty sure I have touched on CIA funded covert operatives more then once in Iran. There is some information here. Recall also the arrest of Abdolmalek Rigi, the chief of Jundallah.

What a scientist failed to disclose about his so called bee study

You may have seen this news story? Scientists and Soldiers Solve a Bee Mystery

Or so the claim goes. Apparently it is a fungus tag teaming with a virus. But, is it?
Someone else thinks.... perhaps not.

The long list of possible suspects has included pests, viruses, fungi, and also pesticides, particularly so-called neonicotinoids, a class of neurotoxins that kills insects by attacking their nervous systems. For years, their leading manufacturer, Bayer Crop Science, a subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical giant Bayer AG, has tangled with regulators and fended off lawsuits from angry beekeepers who allege that the pesticides have disoriented and ultimately killed their bees. The company has countered that, when used correctly, the pesticides pose little risk.

But the Bee mystery was solved. Hurrah. And it was not pesticides, particularly the neonicotinoids.
So who suddenly solved this mystery?

What the Times article did not explore -- nor did the study disclose -- was the relationship between the study's lead author, Montana bee researcher Dr. Jerry Bromenshenk, and Bayer Crop Science. In recent years Bromenshenk has received a significant research grant from Bayer to study bee pollination

So a researcher with a significant grant from Bayer "solves" the Bee die off mystery and fails to mention the pesticides at all? And there is more...

Indeed, before receiving the Bayer funding, Bromenshenk was lined up on the opposite side: He had signed on to serve as an expert witness for beekeepers who brought a class-action lawsuit against Bayer in 2003. He then dropped out and received the grant.

Well, isn't that interesting? Before getting his big grant ( read: palms greased)he was on side with the beekeepers who had brought a class action suit.

What else motivates our scientist beside money? More money!

Bromenshenk's company, Bee Alert Technology, which is developing hand-held acoustic scanners that use sound to detect various bee ailments, will profit more from a finding that disease,( fungal and viral disease) and not pesticides, is harming bees.

In other words, this scientist determined it was the very disease killing bees that his hand held acoustic device is designed to detect. An amazing coincidence, really, no really.

None the less Bromenshenk defends his studies failure to consider pesticide usage.

Bromenshenk defends the study and emphasized that it did not examine the impact of pesticides. "It wasn't on the table because others are funded to do that"

So, was he funded to NOT DO THAT?

Keeping this in mind.

Dr. Bromenshenk "did not volunteer his funding sources."

US defends bogus European terror alert to justify attacks on Pakistan

Interesting news item at the Guardian
US state department defends Europe-wide terror alert

"The US state department today defended the decision to issue a terror alert covering all of Europe but admitted that it had no specific information of any plot or potential target."

WHAT! I just can't imagine that... how could the US do that? No specific information of any plot or target? Nothing!

The alarm led to consternation across Europe, "tit-for-tat" warnings by France and Britain about travel in each other's countries, German government complaints the US was over-reacting to a "hypothetical" threat, anonymous criticism by European security officials, and claims by Pakistani diplomats that the US move was politically motivated.

It was quite obvious that the move had been politically motivated. As I mentioned just over two weeks ago.

Pakistan thwarts TTP plot to kill Prime Minister

It is being reported that 7 men have been arrested plotting an assassination attempt.

The western media is reporting the 7 men as militants, "linked to Taliban/ Al quaeda"
Pick your boogey man, your bad guy, your label....
There is more to these 7 men then meets the blinded western eye.

The suspects were planning to use a car bomb for the attack, and that they had acquired large amounts of fertilizer to manufacture an improvised explosive device.

Digressing, but I wonder if they exported that methodology from the west?

Because I am most interested in this report

7 TTP men arrested over plot to kill Gilani, Qureshi

M Zulqernain Lahore, Oct 14 (PTI) Pakistani police today claimed to have arrested seven members of the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan who had plans to attack Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and senior security officials.
The arrested men were involved in an attack on the Inter-Services Intelligence agency's office in Multan and the murder of members of the minority Shia sect, police officials said.Regional police chief Abid Qadri of Bahawalpur district in Punjab province told reporters that a police team had arrested Mufti Munawar Hussain, Abdur Rahim alias Talha, Muhammad Afzal, Hafiz Suleman, Muhammad Bilal, Sajjad Ahmed and Muhammad Salim from a village in Ahmadpur Sharikia for their links with the Taliban.
"The accused had plans to target Prime Minister Gilani at his camp office in Multan. They were also planning to destroy the Taunsa Barrage," he said. Multan is the hometown of Gilani and Foreign Minister Qureshi.Qadri said the terror suspects were active members of the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and had subsequently joined hands with the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan. He said they were behind an attack on the ISI office in Multan last year that killed 12 people and the recent murder of five Shias. Officials said the accused were being interrogated by security agencies at an undisclosed location.

Would killing the Prime Minister kick start a sectarian war? Further destabilizing Pakistan? Exactly who would be interested in seeing that outcome? The TTP- Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan? Who are these fellas? Who may they be connected to? From where did they originate?

Some articles that may shed a light on those questions

First -just excerpting as this is actually quite an in depth article.

Worst of all, CIA and FBI actively collaborated with RAW to cultivate Tehrik-e-Taliban-Pakistan (TTP) in FATA, Tehrik-e-Nifaz-Shariat-Muhammadi (TNSM) in Swat and dissident elements within Bugti, Marri and Mengal tribes in Balochistan to create lawlessness. Activities of rebellious forces were supplemented by foreign agents infiltrated from Afghanistan.

India is aiding TTP in FATA and BLA-BRA-BLUF in Balochistan. These outfits are being used for multiple purposes. Apart from the main objective of destabilizing Pakistan, these outfits are used for spoiling Pakistan’s relations with its neighbors.. Kidnapping and killing of several Chinese officials working on development projects in Balochistan and in FATA were undertaken at the behest of India

Besides the US and India, who else may be involved in backing the TTP?

Why of course, Israel.

Finding that the US in connivance with India and Israel was playing dirty by indulging in covert operations in FATA, Swat and Balochistan.

Israel, India and the US in collaboration to cultivate the TTP.

It was in this time frame that Pakistani Taliban (PT) mysteriously surfaced in NW in late 2006 where Mir Ali and Miran Shah (I highlighted this name as it appears in the CNN story, verifying the connection between the assassins today and the covert terrorist group) became their strong points. PT were later on duly trained, equipped, funded and protected by CIA, FBI, RAW, RAAM and Mossad foreign agencies based in Afghanistan and pitched against Pak Army to lock the two in deadly combat for a prolonged period. To prevent the Army from defeating militants, the army units operating in FATA were kept dependent upon doctored intelligence provided by CIA, FBI and satellite communication till as late as 2007. Bleeding and weakening of Army was considered essential for the success of the gory plan since without its destruction none of the envisaged objectives could be achieved. PT also helped USA in defaming Islam and Afghan Taliban.

So now we have the TTP connected to all sorts of Western and Indian intelligence plotting to kill the Prime Minister of Pakistan. In an obvious effort to further destabilize Pakistan, to possibly cause sectarian fighting. It sure does look that way. Hold on I have one more piece to add.

This piece came out around the time of the Times Square "bomber"

As Gordon Duff, senior editor of Veterans Today, revealed in a recent interview: “We have very little doubt that the Indians and the Israelis, that are all over Afghanistan with German passports pretending to be military contractors, are operating 17 camps along the Taliban regions training and arming terrorists.”

According to Duff, “The Pakistani Taliban is in close cooperation with, supplied, financed, armed and trained by Israel and India to attack Pakistan.”

Duff’s claims are based on a February 2010 fact-finding tour of Pakistan, where he was briefed by the highest levels of the country’s military and intelligence establishment, including Lieutenant General Hamid Gul, former director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), Admiral Iftikhar Ahmed Sirohey, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and General Mirza Aslam Beg, former Chief of Army Staff.

Fearful of offending their Israel-conscious paymasters in Washington, the Pakistani military and intelligence services have been forced into the humiliating position of leaking their side of the story through the Veterans Today website.

According to the ISI leak, the Times Square terror plot was a “false flag operation to implicate the Pakistani Taliban and then threaten and force Pakistan to ‘do more’ in North Waziristan.” This was followed by “a massive media disinformation war” to induce the belief that “all global terrorism is emerging from the Pakistani tribal pocket of North Waziristan, and that the ISI/army is either hands and gloves with the Taliban or not willing to do more.”

Clearly, Israel and India share a common geostrategic interest in the destabilization of the nuclear-armed Muslim nation. As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated, “Our ties with India don’t have any limitation….”

Israel, however, has proven itself a rather dubious ally—as a growing number of Americans are beginning to realize. Perhaps one day policymakers in New Delhi will have a similar awakening. But for the time being, the media component of its alliance with Tel Aviv affords India a powerful weapon to wage surrogate warfare against Pakistan.
So, who was plotting to kill the Pakistani Prime Minister??

Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Pakistan & the US. Movement on the Grand Chessboard?

I hope no one has forgotten today, October 13/2010, is alien contact day!
Just don't hold your breath.

Today, I am posting two interesting opinion pieces. Regarding Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, the US and of course Israel.

The Iranian President is visiting Lebanon. Some reports have him being greeted with open arms.
Some reports have Israel very concerned. TIME has a strange headline?

What is the implication? Lot of referencing to stones thrown and sniper shots?
Talk of danger and instability. Would this visit present an opportunity. If so, for who?
I found this piece sort of interesting... Using DEBKA as a resource, this writer opines that the Iranian leaders visit may present an opportunity for Hezbollah to overthrow the government of Lebanon. Which is odd, as I though Hezbollah was a political party in the Lebanese government.
So I am not sure about that?

The writer also mentions keeping an eye on Syria?

Assad has tried to put on a moderate appearance: a few weeks ago, he publicly asked the Iranian president to cancel his visit to South Lebanon. Assad offered to enter peace talks with Israel.
Assad reshuffled his security agencies.

According to Debka, the senior US diplomat, Frederic Hof, on Friday delivered an ultimatum to Syria not to allow Hezbollah to use any violence in Lebanon. Such a move makes a lot of sense, and it even falls short of what some analysts feel Barack Obama needs to do. "Obama must, at a minimum, publicly state that he will hold Syria accountable for any bid to topple the Lebanese government, whether by the Syrians or their proxies in Hezbollah,"

Obama is hard-pressed for some foreign-policy achievements, and according to Stratfor this will likely be even more true after the November congressional elections in the US. Given the gloomy news coming from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, and the poor progress of the Israeli-Palestinian negotiations.. the US administration might be prepared to reward Syria generously for a peace agreement with Israel.

For now, nevertheless, a Syrian defection from Iran is still in the realm of speculation, and Assad appears set on vacillating. What that means for Lebanon remains to be seen - perhaps very shortly.

So, keep an eye on Syria. If they make nice with Israel before the US elections, Obama will have one thing to campaign on. Wondering what generous reward Syria would be offered for that. Could it be Lebanon? How would that be made possible?

Then onto the war on Pakistan. I know no one is officially calling it that, but, that is what it is.

Shifting war on terror to Pakistan

some excerpts.

In a previous article regarding America’s strategic objectives in Pakistan, I had opined that the ongoing war on terror in Afghanistan is aimed to take the operations into the Pakistani territory. The real target is Pakistan’s nuclear potential; they have no plausible security threat from the ill-equipped Talibans or ragtag extremist. Arthur Herman, an author and scholar at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), has hinted at the real objective of the US. AEI is a think tank closely associated with the neoconservatives and is openly committed to Israel’s security. It supplies advisors to officials of the US administration and serves as “incubator for new policy ideas and is critical part of the web of power in Washington”

The line of arguments puts the emphasis on the perceived fact that the US cannot win the war on terror in Afghanistan, unless the militant sanctuaries in Pakistan are shutdown or ‘blown out’ - but the current US policy is not achieving that goal. The hidden suggestion is obvious: there has to be an escalation in the crossborder military attacks. (They have been working on that) What we have witnessed in the latest NATO raid on FC post is a step towards that direction. It was intentional, as the NATO Secretary General has said; they knew the post was not a terrorist sanctuary and yet they attacked it. It is a deliberate provocation to test the response from Pakistan side. (the response was the temporary closure of the Khyber pass)

There are however bigger fish to catch. The writer asserts that once the NATO forces are certain of the location of Pakistan nukes they will strike quickly and decisively.

The US, thus, is not inclined to militarily move into Pakistan and stay here for a longer duration in occupation mode. With Pakistan army’s fighting potential and the general hostility of the masses it will be a very costly affair. America does not want another Vietnam in this region. They would like to mount a lightning strike to take out Pakistan’s nukes. That can happen only once General David Petraeus is reasonably assured about the location of our nuclear assets.

Then there is Blackwater ( what ever their new name is no one seems to use it)

I had voiced my apprehension in a previous article about the role and tasking of the notorious Blackwater and its deployment in Pakistan. What is it doing in Pakistan no one knows? In fact, it has just vanished. It may be vigorously searching the storage facilities and locations of our assets which weigh heavily on the American mind, or should one say the Israeli mind.

Of course Israel is never to far behind..

Israel is wary of nuclear capability with any Muslim country. During Zia’s regime, it is reported that Israel with the connivance of India wanted to destroy Kahuta by launching an air raid.
More so, the political clout that Israel exercises on the US administration is obvious. The fact that policy suggestions to take the war to Pakistan emanate from the think tanks, who work for the Israel lobby, indicates that this lobby is using all its might to force the Obama administration to create conditions where it becomes possible to go after Pak nuclear assets. For the time being, aerial and ground based pressure will be exercised to keep things hot. Once the ground reconnaissance by Blackwater confirms the targets, there will be an all-out effort to destroy them. Till then, the US led “anti-terror forces” will keep Pakistan engaged by raids in FATA area stepping up the tempo. Pakistan needs to remain vigilant and be prepared for the worst.
What movements will take place on the Grand Chessboard?
