The "Democratic Forces of Syria" are set to Move On Raqqa?

If you've been paying attention you know that the "democratic forces of Syria' are a rebrand of all the "rebels' with the Kurds being officially brought into the fold- I say officially because the Kurdish militias have always been part of the destabilization fold.

If you missed this news, read from Monday October 12/15  US Airdrops Tons & Tons of Munitions into Northern Syria- For the “good” terrorists

Then read: US Airdrops Weapons to Kurdish Militias in Northern Syria: Kurds & War Crimes!

The Democratic Forces of Syria includes the YPG, various Arab groups including Jaysh al-Thuwwar (Army of Rebels), and an Assyrian Christian group.
OH  my an inclusive batch of terrorists- See it really is democratic ;)
All they need is some LGBT fighters for it to be really, really fair and balanced!
The rainbow army as another writer called them

The news today has the democratic, rainbow militia readying to move on Raqqa, Syria.
Let's read it together.... Cause I love you all reading along with me :)
Syrian Arab-Kurd forces prepare for offensive on Islamic State capital

Who are these fighters? FSA (flag clue) But don't the Kurds always make that v sign?  Is the flag prop included to manage your perception. I would say- Yes!

The article opens with this statement:

"FSA rebels and YPG fighters say that they have sleeper cells inside Raqqa, ready to attack Islamic State militants"

I bet they do. This is one time you are being told the unbridled truth. FSA/YPG have sleeper cells inside Raqqa, embedded with Islamic state. Because they are one and the same.

Let's go back to two incidents:

Kurds fighting & killing Kurds/Arabs & Christians.Kobane(i) attack benefits Kurdistan creators

SOHR mouthpiece-IS militants could infiltrate the city wearing YPG and pro-YPG rebel brigade uniforms,” according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a Britain-based monitoring group. ISIS militants disguised as Kurdish fighters infiltrate Syrian town(CNN)

"ISIS militants disguised as Kurdish security forces infiltrated Kobani on Thursday"

KurdIShIS changed their costumes to play a different role in this war theatre.
Easy enough to do when you are one and the same."

The fall of Mosul. Who benefits and who does not. Updated!

" It is being said that U.S.-trained government troops have fled the city, many of them **stripping off their uniforms so as to not be identified.*

 "Stripping off their uniforms"
And changing into what? Camouflauge clothing? Like we see below?
"So as not to be identified"
You should not assume this is to avoid being targeted by ISIS. If these were plants, they would have stripped off their uniforms, changed into clothing pictured below and would became easily identifiable to their cohorts. In ISIS. This also explains the ease with which ISIS took Mosul"

In both of those important strategic battles we had fighters change uniforms- Is there any reason to believe that the battle for Raqqa will be any different?

FSA rebels and YPG fighters say that they have sleeper cells inside the city to attack.
“We cannot say how many [Arab] members we have, because FSA fighters are inside Islamic State areas, and are waiting to liberate the city from Daash [IS],” said Kurdish defence official Ocalan Issa.
The Kurds can't say because they aren't exactly sure how many 'fighters' the US and  company have created for them inside Raqqa.
We do already know that FSA and Islamic State shift in and out of one another's loving arms..
So, a simple prop/costume change should do the trick. I'll be keeping an eye on that situation.

“We will announce the operations two days before we launch it, but sometimes the situation changes,” said Kurdish official Ocalan Issa.

“Sometimes we also announce the operations one week before since there are civilians living in Daesh [IS] areas, so that they can flee from the Islamic State,” Issa said.

If civilians are living in the area? They won't be fleeing from Islamic State. They would be fleeing from the US backed mostly Kurdish militias. We have read about this scenario previously!

Lion Cubs of the Caliphate? Who is really recruiting children?

"The capture of Tal Abyad, or Gire Spi in Kurdish, last week by Kurdish forces caused thousands of residents to flee the strategic border town"

One last item of interest:

"At the beginning of October, the Arab Tribal Army was created in the Raqqa province order to coordinate with the tribes of Raqqa to fight the Islamic state.

They will recruit more members from the Arab tribes in order to fight in Raqqa, following an earlier US model from Iraq to use Arab tribes to fight Al-Qaida in Iraq"

This is exactly how ISIS emerged out of Iraq!
It looks as if the US used the same tactic inside Raqqa, hence, exact numbers in sleeper cells unknown by kurdish militias....

  1. Putin's air assault on the "ISIS" and other foreign "terrorists" has, IMO, ripped the tattered figleaf off of US/ISRAEL foreign policy in the ME. Apparently, in a news conference he gave after his UN address...Putin specifically mentioned the need to end the Israel military sorties into Syria.

    1. "Putin specifically mentioned the need to end the Israel military sorties into Syria"

  2. Story yesterday on Kurd ethnic cleansing of Arabs
What do you make of the upsurge opposition group in Kurdistan proper - bombings and protests?
Iraq now launching sorties with fusion intel center
Russian plane encounter with US; wait for Iraq...Rumor circulated last week US ended Anbar cooperation. Nonconfirm

    1. "What do you make of the upsurge opposition group in Kurdistan proper - bombings and protests?"

I haven't seen any reporting on that news, BUT, it doesn't surprise me either?
The Kurds are far from unified despite what the lying media implies
Many Kurds were less then happy with the actions of the militias
I've covered that discord on a number of occasions, btw
So, if Russia was willing to inflame the disagreements already present, this could show itself in bombings and protests, possibly
could you leave a link regarding this situation though, I would be really interesting in reading that

  3. Israel reported shells in golan yesterday but no follow on bombing runs. Sign of the times?

    1. Israel fired back into Syria, striking Syrian Army positions. Artillery fire- no bombing flights though, so could indeed be sign of the times

In case others missed this news?

The Israeli military says artillery units have opened fire at Syrian army positions after rocket fire from Syria landed in the Israeli-controlled Golan Heights.

“In response to the rocket fire, IDF artillery targeted two military posts of the Syrian Armed Forces in the central Syrian Golan Heights,” an army statement said.

    2. Kurd protests

To be a fly on the wall of the Putin and Saudi DefMin meeting....Wonder what Nayef thinks and who the "Anon prine" was who leaked to Haaretz...

    3. thanks, I read it and mentioned the link at Syper's

  4. No big deal, but, "thuwwaar" means revolutionaries. Ziad

  5. Here are the links I quoted from in my comment at Syrian Perspective
