Times Square Driver US Navy Vet who "heard voices"

Though the accused has two previous arrests for DWI?
I've been staying away from these incidents, however, drivers plowing over pedestrians is getting to be quite the repetitive occurrence- Just an observation.
Germany, France, Australia. Off the top of my head that's all I can recall, refresh my memory if there has been more? Toronto looks to be ripe for the picking..

The driver is ex military.
PTSD? Drunk Driving? Something else entirely? I don't know?
The thought of these self driving/ self parking, easily commandeered cars just keeps rolling over in my mind

Link- Car hacking is not the future, sorry to say, it's present day.

But what the pair discovered is that if the attacker’s message is sent first, with the correct counter, then the real message gets ignored. And if the next message is one further incremented, then the system never fully goes into lockdown, allowing the attacker to control the car: they can turn the steering wheel, hit the gas or slam on the brakes at any speed.
Hindustan Times
A man steered his car onto a sidewalk running through the heart of Times Square and mowed down pedestrians for three blocks Thursday, killing a teenager, then emerged from his wrecked vehicle wild-eyed and waving his arms before he was subdued by police and bystanders. The carnage raised immediate fears of a terrorist attack, but investigators quickly turned their focus to the sobriety and mental health of the driver, identified as Bronx resident Richard Rojas. The driver, a 26-year-old U.S. Navy veteran, told officers he was hearing voices and expected to die, according to two law enforcement officials. Rojas enlisted in the Navy in 2011 and was an electrician’s mate fireman apprentice. In 2012 he served aboard the U.S.S. Carney, a destroyer. He was most recently based at the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, Florida, and was discharged in 2014.
An Army vet, with a drinking problem,  could be easily employed as a patsy.

Past 24 hours

  1. in the first pics I saw of this "operation" you could CLEARLY see the "perps" holster under his shirt when he was pushed up against the wall being cuffed. A concealed handgun, in an under the shirt strap on holster, and LE wasn't slamming him into the ground, because he's "armed?" idk, it stinks to me.

However, I have not read up on what he's being charged with. IF he is NOT being charged with a concealed handgun, in NYC (!!!), we can all rest assured, this was a mossad/cia FF op.

    1. Hi Nora:
I actually believe these cars as weapons incidents are psyops with a specific goal in mind.

gotta write about it one of these days

Should you see any follow up info regarding charges let me know?
Cause I didn't notice any either?
Interesting about the gun under his shirt
Can one carry concealed in NY State? I don't know.

  2. I went to look at the article that I initially read over, where I CLEARLY saw the holster and gun, in it, he was up against the wall with a RED shirt on, being cuffed. NOW, he has on a black, then a red shirt. wtf? Inconsistency much?

here's the link, which has clearly been changed to fit their "story."

I believe in re: to the psyops, that their invention of the internet, which was to basically keep an eye on all of us, by knowing our thoughts, etc. has actually backfired on them. Being as, so many (even if it doesn't feel like it) ARE awake to their game. As such, their games, mental games (FF) are too often failing. They aren't triggering the same responses they once had. And this, the car incidences across the western worlds, is just their grasping at straws. Again, just my opinion. Have a good day!

    1. thanks Nora- looked and there is a whole lot of stuff there- going to get a coffee and read

      pardon my tardy reply too?

  3. Isn't hearing voices a tell tale of MK?

    1. hey gallier: I thought about that because it could be.And isn't there some kind of tech that could 'whisper in your ear' for sales etc.,

      here's one from 2013

I think Darpa was onto something with this type of technology too

Hear Voices? It May Be an Ad

So voices in the head could be MK, could be electronic harassment, could be mental illness.
Hard to say for sure anymore with the tech advances
