It's looking as if it's accepted the Venous Blood Clots are linked to the Covid vaccinations. All of the vaccinations.
A study by Oxford University found the number of people who get blood clots after getting vaccinated with a coronavirus vaccine are about the same for those who get Pfizer PFE, +1.16% and Moderna MRNA, -0.10% vaccines as they are for the AstraZeneca AZN, +1.99% vaccine that was produced with the university's help. According to the study, 4 in 1 million people experience cerebral venous thrombosis after getting the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, versus 5 in 1 million people for the AstraZeneca vaccineThe stats from Oxford's website, of course
"In over 480,000 people receiving a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), CVT occurred in 4 in a million."
* 4 in every million Pfizer/Moderna. That's one every 250,000
"CVT has been reported to occur in about 5 in a million people after first dose of the AZ-Oxford COVID-19 vaccine."
* 5 in every million from AZ- That is 1 in every 200,00
Of course it's still being claimed you can get clots when sick with covid. But you’d have to first contract Covid. Then you’d have to get it worse then the vast majority of people do. Which would require extended hospitalization.
Because the vast majority of people only get mildly ill and require no special treatment.
“Most people who fall sick with COVID-19 will experience mild to moderate symptoms and recover without special treatment.”
I tried to find some statistics regarding the incidence of blood clots and covid. NOT RELATED to extended hospital stays- Because extended hospital stays occur for many reasons, not just Covid.
I can't find anything specific to the coronavirus. Nothing!
