Putin: "Who is he (Obama) to judge,seriously"

The NBC article used the word "jab". I can't be bothered with that nonsense. It actually appeared to me that Putin was quite diplomatic.

    Putin is so refreshing... I know he is a player but he is a way better one than Obama and his minions
